STAY WELL CLEAR - THE LANDLORDS INTERNATIONAL
STAY WELL CELAR - Elie was my agent for a property rental in Steyne City, we negotiated a 22k a month rental fee. All checks were passed after they requested the usual documentation, a credit check fee was paid.. My assistant spoke with Elie stating the owner has seen my income and based on this he will charge more at 24k per month as I can clearly afford more.. Extremely unprofessional.. The owner shouldn't even be allowed access to my personal finances. To my knowledge income proof is required for the real estate agency, in this case Landlords International is the real estate agent who can make an informed decision based on documentation provided. These guys clearly have no issues breaking the poppy act. The worst service I have ever received from a so real estate agent in Fourways, Sandton.

SCAMMERS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
a well spoken white Afrikaans driver, made out he was from my rental company. He then removed my car from the side of Witkoppen road in Randpark Ridge, refused to realise my vehicle until I paid him 10,000 Rand

STAY AWAY - 10,000 RAND TOW FEE (2KM) - THIS IS A MUST READ
FIRST HELP took advantage of me after a very serious car accident. Whilst having my injuries tended to by a few good Samaritans this man interjected and asked who my cover/rental agreement was with and assured me if it was one they dealt with, he would sort out the removal of my car at no extra cost. In my dazed and vulnerable state I was very grateful and passed him all of my details, in which he cofirmed a direct partnership with my rental company. The result of all of this is he stole my car and took it to an undisclosed location and refused to return or disclose its location until R10,000 was paid by either myself or the insurer, which has resulted in me paying for it! My partner is due to have our first child in December and all this stress has seriously effected our savings and mobility. I DO NOT WISH THIS ON ANYBODY ELSE SO FELT THE NEED TO POST! Beware you will find him lurking around Witkoppen road, between Fourways and Honeydew. PLEASE HELP ME NAME AND SHAME THESE VULTURES
