To say I am unhappy with administration and the overall marking and communication processes at NWU would be an understatement! I submitted my mini dissertation in November (along with a few other colleagues) to date NONE OF US have received responses. We enquired in January as to how far the marking processes were, we were told to wait till Mid Feb, in mid Feb when we enquired again we were told “wait till mid March”, today being March we enquired again and we were told our waiting is far from over!!!! Apparently the university will now request us to register again (at their cost) for 2025 to complete the marking process! HOWEVER, this would mean our academic records will state that we completed in 3 years instead of 2, this impacts us negatively in the long run!!! We need feedback ASAP, we just want to graduate and continue with our other activities but they’re holding us back!! About 4 other colleagues (in the same faculty) are negatively affected by this, our employers are also pestering us for feedback! HELP
I am VERY UNHAPPY with how much account was handled by Acquifin. I'm expected to just accept that "mistakes happen" and pay!! I spoke to Omphemetse on November 30th and she informed me that I owe R1370 (the call was followed by an SMS confirming the conversation). I paid it in 2 instalments in December and provided proof. Today I was informed that I still owe them and that the R1370 was a "mistake"! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE as I am expected to pay this by 31 January (in 8 days), and they're telling me as if they're doing me a favour, as if their system malfunction is my fault
Vodacom Cancellations has discontinued my number and I have been unable to reconnect it in store. I was told to contact Vodacom Customer Care, which I did. I was sent from pillar to post by the call centre agents, had one put the phone down in my ear!! I tried the Tobi Chatbot and it was pretty much useless!! VODACOM, PLEASE RECONNECT MY LINE
If I could give a minus star, believe me I would. To say I'm disappointed in Vodacom would be an understatement. I had a contract with Vodacom which I phoned to cancel 2 months before it was to be renewed automatically. The contract was never cancelled. I called Vodacom, wrote them countless emails, went instore to deal with the *********** staff and NEVER got any help. I was always told to call Legal to retrieve the voice recording of me cancelling the contract. I suspect the recording doesn't even exist!!! This has been going on for TWO YEARS and I have since been handed over. This stupid debt is making my life a living hell. A debt I DID NOT RIGHTFULLY INCUR. Vodacom are blood thirsty ****MERS. I will continue telling each and every one of your legal people (however many you've handed me to) I WILL NEVER PAY because I don't owe you!!!! I was forced to changed my number which I had been using for almost 15 years. I need that contract cancelled and that amount WRITTEN OFF
I had a terrible experience with snatcher. The item I received was completely different to what I ordered, missing parts. I couldn't even assemble it. I then requested that they collect their product and given me a refund. Within a day, the correct product was assembled and delivered. After I had to spend more money repackaging the product and making sure it gets to them in good condition. I'm never ordering anything from Snatcher ever again
