I try for days now to get in contact with Makro Bloem The operator don't answer the call and if so and then if they must transfer me to there online department Then there is no no answer. Even if the operator tells me to hold on it will be 10min without anybody coming back to met the I does the phone. I t tried calling them back again ist the same old story no answer
How pathetic is the delivery. After we recieved a message that the Stock is handed to the courier it still takes them 2 week to deliver. Online says 2-4 working days maybe they only work 1 day per wk. U can call as much as u can they still don't care.
I bought a vehicle with the Matrix Tracking in. So 1 week after bought the vehicle the tracking stopped working. After numerous calls they told me I have to drive 300km because this I how far I'm living from the nearest Matrix branch. So it's 18month later and I'm still pay for something that's not working PATHETIC MATRIX
Joh Very bad service My tracking was only working for 1 or 2 days since 06/02/2023 the tracking is not working but I paid R6500. I have called them to fix the problem and they only told me I must take the vehicle to my nearest agent wich is 300km from me. I have made 5+ calls send 3+ mails They can rather refund me so I can go to another tracking company Never again Matrix no after service. If something happend to my vehicle because of a default unit Matrix wil be held responsible
We ordered 2x6 Division Bain Marie After traveling 770km to collect the staff told us the 1 is been sold,so the owner told us he will transport the other one at his cost.so he lied it was one excuse after the other one lie after the other lie even the staff lied. So 3 weeks later the owner officially transfer transport money for us to pick up. Never again Lies and lies and empty promises and calls without answering never ner again
