I'm very disappointed and ****ed 😤 at telkom it's been a month now with no help,their service is very terrible they treat their clients bad they don't know how to communicate as if we people living in Whitleasea using their services are owing them,the sad part is they deduct their money but we as customers are unable to use our routers when it's time to deduct funds they know our information but not when the network is down it's been a month now what do they want us to do,they are thee worst service provider, Telkom do better to your customers in Whitleasea in Eastern cape and surrounding areas 🤬
I'm writing as an angry parent,your company not only exploits young and desperate kids but you also don't pay them ,my daughter worked in your company but because I taught her right from wrong and to know her worth also to know when taken advantage of to walk away imagine parents transporting their kids to where ever you want them to work and to you not paying them you deserve to be blacklisted you are ****s 🤬for every child that comes across your company's advert may their parents re direct them away from you and may God punish you for exploiting young kids you have no shame
The worst mistake I have ever made is buying on Makro online they don't care about their customers I don't even want to mention the courier company they used to fetch the wrong order the guy was rude as **** at this moment I just want my money back I don't want anything to do with them 😡
Makro has theee worse service ever I ordered a cookware set online they sent a wrong order I tried calling and emailing them they promised that someone is going to call me for arrangements to collect the cookware but none of that happened its like they don't even give a **** as if I didn't not pay I'm really angry and disappointed at this point I just want them to collect their parcel and refund my money 😡
Wow City of Cape Town is the worst shame people of Gugulethu in Station road have been reporting blocked drains since the rain had started but we are being given the runaround one lady gave us a contact number for Heideveld Depo those people are being paid for doing nothing because whan you call they don't know anything our kids miss school because we have dam infront of our yards,they even have the decency to tell us that our pipes are small hell no do they expect us to do their work while we pay rates at this point I don't even see the point of paying rates because we are being treated horrible 🤬
My husband has an account with Homechoice and we have been paying by debit odder last month they changed their bank so they did not debit and bear in mind their money was there and is still on his bank account last week they have been harassing us to pay as if we knew that they changed banks and on top of that their consultants are soo rude and have no customer service and last week my husband called them the lady he spoke to said that they were to debit on last week Friday which was the 15 but still nothing following day he called them to ask when are they debiting they said on the 21st now today a gentleman soooo rude called and asked us when is he paying as if it was our fault they know the agreement we had we them,I don't know where homechoice find the rude consultants and how they train them because they have zero customer service if it's not them harassing us about the debit order they call 100 times selling and this is so annoying and they give us the runaround when we ask them questions. I am soo ****ed 😤 they treat us as if we have not paid the account for months when only it was last month and we were not even aware that they did not debit.
