Service Department: worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve arranged my day and delivered vehicle at 8. After 4 I called them to find out whether I must sleep over at office or what is status? They neglected to contact me for authorisation to go ahead and said simply the vehicle must stand over another day. No apologies or regards to my travel arrangements. It seems that they have inexperienced staff working without supervision. I choose to spend my hard earned money rather on a different dealer who has an understanding of working with customers and how inconvenienced customers are when left stranded at office overnight.
Will never visit again. Showed up 15 minutes before scheduled appointment. Then left to wait 30 min unattended in official waiting area while staff just chatted. I decided to leave the appointment and was told it’s fine we can start late - no problem for them. I left.
I’ve bought new development unit and everything is chaos. Lights don’t work, electricity fluctuates and I can’t use some of my devices, common property left unfinished, hidden contracts, and bill meter reading problems. I’ve also bought solar unit and he refuses to give me an invoice for solar panels so I can claim my private residential tax refund.
Have not used it yet due to no load shedding for now. But the service received was excellent and unparalleled.
