Refusing to pay back my prorated occupational rent
This company is the worst. They have been refusing to pay back my prorated occupational rent since June. They have **** countless times and ignore you. On top of that them and Ryan's Realty have promised to pay for the levies for 12 months at The Base apartments in Ferndale, Randburg, but they didn't and now our levy accounts are in arrears

This company is the worst. They have been refusing to pay back my prorated occupational rent since June. They have **** countless times and ignore you. Construction project
I’ve bought new development unit and everything is chaos. Lights don’t work, electricity fluctuates and I can’t use some of my devices, common property left unfinished, hidden contracts, and bill meter reading problems. I’ve also bought solar unit and he refuses to give me an invoice for solar panels so I can claim my private residential tax refund.

Don’t buy new developments from JCO
I recently bought a new development house being constructed by JCO construction (being marketed and sold by Genesis Projects). The development is called Nouvelle in Amorosa, Rooderpoort. JCO changed the floor plan of the house without any communication whatsoever to the buyers and when I ask questions, they don’t give answers. The same was done to the development before that called Vista next to Nouvelle. Stay away from JCO developments, they are cutting costs by making changes without the buyers knowing!!!

O stars... this company was contacted to build an apartment complex next to our property. After 3 years of dodging and diving we still have not resolved this issue. The replacement wall is falling apart. They ignore our calls and refuse to complete the wall nor paint it as it was before they damaged it. The plaster is cracking off. Their workers stole from us, we caught one of them digging in my car. They are completely unreliable. Do not hire them.
