Don’t buy new developments from JCO
I recently bought a new development house being constructed by JCO construction (being marketed and sold by Genesis Projects). The development is called Nouvelle in Amorosa, Rooderpoort. JCO changed the floor plan of the house without any communication whatsoever to the buyers and when I ask questions, they don’t give answers. The same was done to the development before that called Vista next to Nouvelle. Stay away from JCO developments, they are cutting costs by making changes without the buyers knowing!!!

Not recommended
I recently bought a new development from them called Nouvelle in the West Rand. They are still constructing the house. They have made changes to the floor plan without the buyers consultation. They did the same in the development adjacent to Nouvelle. It is just unacceptable that they advertised one thing and constructed something different without consent of the buyers. I really would not recommend them as a developer! Stay away!!!

Poor customer service
My line has been disconnected and I am not even getting though to the call centre. I have even requested call backs and noone has called me over 24 hours. Such poor service. Don’t get Supersonic- no client service at all!!!

Incomplete account closure
In December 2020 I paid off my credit card and revolver loan. Till today I have not received a letter confirming that these accounts are closed and they are both reflecting as active accounts on my credit report because FNB has not updated my profile!

Terrible Service. Overall service is ZERO
I have been trying to contact Wesbank to discuss car payment arrangements since I got retrenched 5 months ago. When I call I get passed from agent to agent and noone seems to know what to do. So incompetent and lazy. Seriously the service here is so bad I can’t even believe they are the same group as RMB and FNB!!! Ridiculousness!!!

TERRIBLE CLIENT SERVICES
I have been trying to RICA a simcard that I bought from Takealot for days without any success. They don't have call center operators to assist or an email address to contact them on. I am beginning to this that we are being scammed by this company! Please do not subscribe rather go to Vodacom or Mtn or Telkom.
