False advertising and refusing to honor agreement
False advertising and refusing to honor agreement. I wish I came to this page before buying from these ****mers. They **** on their adverti*****t on the products they sell and now they are refusing to change the product or refund me. The customer service is horrible. And they refuse to escalate issues to their management. Save yourself and stay away from this store

Refusing to pay back my prorated occupational rent
This company is the worst. They have been refusing to pay back my prorated occupational rent since June. They have **** countless times and ignore you. On top of that them and Ryan's Realty have promised to pay for the levies for 12 months at The Base apartments in Ferndale, Randburg, but they didn't and now our levy accounts are in arrears

Nonsense service and bogus promotion
I have been turned back many times while going to the gym because I didn't have access to the gym. I signed up in May and was told that I'm getting a promotion of having access to premium clubs for 3 months. I'm not allowed in these clubs and even at the club I signed up at, I have to produce the contract each time to get in.

Lying and refusing to pay back my deposit
I vacated the horrible unit that they gave me after a few days of occupation at the Unison. I signed all the exit docs and paid the penalty on 21/10/2022. I still have not gotten my deposit back after they said I will get it after 14 days of vacating. They always lie on email and say my deposit will be paid in a few days and when I call no one answers. I am seeking legal assistance and I hope this rot of a company gets sorted out.

Abused by the property management
The worst service ever! I am so annoyed at these people and I seek legal help. When I move in at the Unison south block, they painted my unit a few minutes before I could get in. As a result I suffered from sinuses and breathing problems and had to pay for medical care. On the lease that they refused to send me a copy of after I signed it online, I signed and paid to be on the first floor. When I moved in, they put me on the third floor and said that there's nothing they could do. I was desperate for a place because I was from another province. My car was not safe on the parking that I paid for because the fingerprints reader was removed, the gate to the ba*****t parking left open, and no security attending to the post. This is the worst service ever! And I seek legal help. I moved out the very same month and some guy called Tyron and 6 more men came to threaten me and said I must pay R12000 immediately if I want to leave. I paid it and today when I ask about my deposit they say they took it for penalties. I really need help
