Have no idea what this is and I got debited today in my Nedbank account. I called the bank the bank and they told me to reverse or stop the debit and that I must monitor the account from now on.
This is the worst company , they lost my package and their customer service is as bad as s*** still waiting for my refund but not even as so much as an update. What I don’t understand is why TEMU and SHEIN use them. Once they do not deliver TEMU tells their customer that there is nothing they can do as if the customer chooses their own carrier. The best thing to do is not to by from TEMU and SHEIN whilst they are still using Buffalo as their carrier. Buffalo has the nerve to ask you to pay for tax again whilst they have not yet given you a refund, the logical thing was just to deliver for free on your next order provided that the tax value was the same.
My family rooms got broken into while we were at their entertainment area. All of our possessions were stolen and for months we were strung along, making us write down all the stuff stolen and their values saying they will claim from their insurance. They did not give us a cent not even a refund, now changing their narrative saying we signed an indemnity form. My family still today is traumatised, we even slept on the crime scene, the very same rooms that were broken into. Be very careful when going there, don’t leave any valuables in your rooms and keep the car keys with you all the time.
