Do not use this "company" they scam you. I needed assistance with my ignition as my key wouldn't turn-they said the call out fee is R 250 then depending on what they do the price will change. They charged me 1400 to "fix" my ignition when all they did was file down the ignition (not change it like previous and most locksmiths would as filing it does cause future issues) they continued to break my key- not apologise or offer a discount. This "fix" also took 2 hours when previously everyone else took 20minutes. Afterwards I noticed my wipers weren't working and that all the controls on the lever closest to the ignition no longer worked-they have either unplugged or broken something. I messaged them explaining what had happened and asking if someone else could please come out and rectify this I was ignored and messaged again, they responded with no apology or urgency and said they can send out a technician to which I asked if it would be free but got no response to that, I just get continuously ignored by the "technician manager". I called and asked for the owner but could not be put through and got hung up on. I then emailed the person I was told is the owner-Tony, to which I also don't get a reply. I am still sitting with a car that isn't safe to drive because if it rains I have no wipers.
