Horrible service
I have been on the phone from this morning trying to get through to get a paid up letter and update on my account, no freaking answer, I get sent back to the voice menu again and again, I have emailed continuously with no feedback , the customer service is literally non existent.0 replies

Absolute ****
I have ****ing had it with FNB , I requested a paid up letter for an account that was settled last year already, it still shows on my credit report as unpaid, I have gone through several ****ing calls with no single person able to provide me with this letter, your service is absolute **** !1 reply
