Wesbank has no respect for their clients only interested in making money. I sent more than 15 emails to service@wesbank.co.za with no response even sent to their complaints department complaintsresolution@wesbank.co.za still no response. I explained to them that the dealer sold me false car features and informed the back immediately that I want to reverse the transaction but they still intend keep deducting premium irrespective of my complaint.
Worse night mare dealer which sold me Grand Cherokee Summit 3.6 SUV with false adverti*****ts features with fraud decra report which couldn't pick up simple things like finished breakpads and disc. The Owner Ashwin Sewpersad who is very arrogant and racist and swearing alot when discussing. I am now 5 months without a car that have been popping one fault after the other.
Bad service indeed and what passing off is that the don't bother replying. I did a bug mistake by financing vehicle with wesbank. Joshua Govender braiden together with complain department doesn't bother to attend to my query
Boipelo Yvonne delivery person that did not understand the instructionss.I ended up not getting my food and refund.
The worst nightmare I ever come across. This property agent approached me after seeing my add on olx and asked to run my property and have been struggling to get rental paid to them since last year
