I have written a test(IELTS) on the 14/09/2023 in Dlogan House Johannesburg and i encountered a problem during the duration of the test,i sent them a complaint and they promised to come back to me within 2 working days but they did not responded yet. I have tried to send another emails to remind them and I'm still waiting and do not know what to do next. We are paying lots of money for that test and they do not value our complaints I'm very disappointed in British Council because they advertise themselves as professionals
Good day I am so dissapointed at British Airways Comair with their services my brother booked for me and my cousin in January two tickets from EL to Cape Town but unfortunately there were unforseen reasons that came up and my cousin cannot travel to Cape Town and my brother has been writing emails to them asking for refund or voucher but in vein and the sad part is that the tickets was booked for 13/04/2022 and I don't know what is going to happen about that ticket
I would like to thank standard bank as today I was called by a consultant and they promised to reverse back the amount that was deducted in my account without my knowledge therefore im very happy and thank you Hello Peter
I am so furious and disappointed at standard bank in September I lost an amount of R1700 which was authorized without my knowledge and since today their fraud department has been giving me empty promises I feel like my money is not safe with and they do not care about their customers
