MTN at The Glen Mall (Johannesburg South) is such a disappointment. My partner went to buy a phone (contract) on the 11th of May then the phone was misfunctioning so we returned it on the 15th of May 2024! They booked it in for OOB repairs and this took over a week. And they never keep us updated unless we call or physically go to the shop. They told us the have checked the phone but nothing is wrong with it they needed to update it. There's always some reason why the phone has still not been returned. It's been THREE (3) weeks now and we want to cancel the contract because how do you now debit the phone when we don't have it. This morning we had to AGAIN contact MTN and they respond after an hour say "we must fetch the new phone". HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE???? Terrible Terrible Terrible service

Not sure if she's a manager or supervisor. Her name is Happy (Phosa) not sure about her last name but her name is Happy. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even her colleagues complained about her stating that she is a terrible person. My mother (who is an elderly woman) and I needed to use the arms not because we wanted to play around or disrespect the times if the offical times of the mall. But it was a matter of emergency and my mother had injured her leg and we needed money from the atm urgently and she was extremely rude. We asked 3 securities and they were willing to assist us because of the urgency of the matter. We were allowed by 1 security to go to the atm since the doors into the complex were open to go quickly and withdraw but we were stopped by a female security stating that this "Happy" lady was refusing. She made us wait for her on the escalator only to have us waiting for about 15min and when we enquired about where she is only to hear her on the walkie talkie say "waiting for me for what" meanwhile it was her who told us to wait. Meanwhile while waiting there were people who were padding and going downstairs to the toilets with no problem. My mom even took out her identity card showing she is a federal agent of the government and we were not there to cause harm or anything. I want this Happy lady to be dealt with. She is rude. Ungovernable And extremely disrespectful! If her own colleagues can say she is a terrible person I believe she should NOT be working there. My mother was injured and I will not let this matter go until she is dealt with. I will go to Hello Peter and other means to make sure she is dealt with.
My parcel is 3-4 weeks late. They don't answer calls. They don't answer emails. Or tweetsthey are useless. You pay customs and everything and all they can say is 3-5working days. Do they even work? Terrible terrible service. They should not be in business if they don't know how to do business. I'm furious.
