Worse experience I have ever had. I will not recommend anyone to use Renault Tokai. My car was towed in on the 26th February with a clutch issue it was a Friday afternoon and got a reference or incident number which means the car was received/acknowledged, I thought that I should count the Friday as it was late afternoon and took it that Monday will probably be the day feedback is received or atleast a update but nothing and since then I did not receive a single update from Tokai multifranchise I needed to call every single day using my personal resources, promises were made to keep me informed which I received a call 1 out of the 10 times. It's been 11 days and I am still not aware what transpired in the inspection of the vehicle if one even took place. Your service's is horrendous and leaves alot to be desired the reception girl Amber tried so hard to assist even thou her role limits her access.
Misleading advertising! I received a call from a someone named mansoer who declared to be a snr sales person who can assist with financing me a taxi. Someone else calls the next day who is mansoers understudy who inform me now that they can't help me with financing the taxi and I first need to pay half the money in cash brakenfell western cape and if I don't I should go to sa taxi. So I am fine with looking elsewhere but why promote and advertise false information nowhere in the add does it say you have to pay 50% in cash before you can be assisted
I have got a 20m download and 10m upload deal with Supersonic/Vumareach. I work from home and depend on this as a means to be productive. I have not been able to work at all over the past 4 days due to not receiving the required download speed I pay for. I used the link provided by Supersonic to check the speed and the result was pathetic my line speed I am running on is 0.49 not even 1megabyte and the package I am on I am due 20megabytes per second, I have been calling multiple times using my own resources, I have been made promises of technicians coming out and that I will receive call backs to inform me of any updates no calls received no technician no possible answers on what could be the problem Supersonic/Vumareach is not willing to service you, I have been down for 4 days and they won't reimburse your money you paid for the monthly subscription. They put you through to technical support no assistance you hold for hours no callback and the WhatsApp chat is a load of bull**** Supersonic/Vumareach is a horrible I won't advise anyone to use there service
