Purchased a washing machine but because we my sister had purchased the someone somewhere else, I had to cancel my order. I cancelled my order on Nov 28th 2023 a day after I placed it. After calling their call centre 5 TIMES, I STILL HAVE NOT received any communication (telephonic or email) confirming that the cancellation was processed. Today (Dec 6th) I received an email that my order - THAT’S MEANT TO BE CANCELLED - was handed to WUMDrop!! How is that even possible!? I’ve been informed that a Simphiwe Gama is meant to handle my cancellation, however she has proven to be EXTREMELY ***********. A week after cancellation and no feedback has been received, instead it appears their internal communication process NEED SEVERE REVIEW & UPGRADING
I had a situation at Grandwest where the machine basically told me to pay for my ticket twice. After paying the 2nd time, a helpful security guard told me I shouldn't have paid and asked that I go to AfriPark's reception window by exit 10. Once I got there, I was rudely serviced by the so called "manager" Deon Daries who rudely told me "I can't make the machine give you back your money! Why did you pay twice?! You should've pressed the help button. There's nothing I can do for you, you shouldn't have paid twice". I am appalled at the terrible attitude displayed by this "manager" as if it's my fault your machines are faulty! I also felt racially profiled because he gladly KINDLY assisted the white woman behind me!!!! What ****es me off the most is the blatant disregard and disrespect that he showed me. I was so angry that I cried because I've NEVER EVER in my 26 years of life been treated that way, especially since I approached him so properly. Terrible terrible service!! If he's the "manager" then I'm worried about the leadership of this company!!!
