Been a Luno customer since they were bitX. Sang their praises for years. This week I’ve had my account locked because their payment partner *****ed up and didn’t fulfil the transaction. Now I suffer in one of the best times in market history. No information given about the transaction details. No phone call to discuss, just a ***ardly email from a no-reply address. It’s tantamount to ******ion - Lock your account and ask for money without any validation. Shame on you Luno. You’ve lost a customer and everyone I recommended to you to over the years will be warned that you are just like any other CEX abusing power.
FNB you seriously need to jack up your processes. Trying to stop a lost card is like trying to beg for money on the street. You take exorbitant bank fees but then don't provide support when it's needed. Nobody takes accountability for you being lost in the process and just passing the buck. Stopping a lost card is pretty time crucial situation - I should not have to be passed around top 3 different depts and explain my story each time.

Went to drive centre in bree street in Cape Town. Abongile Peter assisted with sensor fitting and multipoint check. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
Way under-rated ISP. They provide a good, reliable service at a good price. Generally support is good too but sometimes very busy and wait times are long. there is no real user portal so you have to rely on whatsapp/ phonecall and then download a troubleshooting app and send them the results
I was asked to FICA in October of last year, which I did. In November I was told again I need to FICA, which I did for a second time. They then captured all the details wrong so I had to dispute. I was told to complete a dispute form with a new FICA document, which I did. I do not hear back so I checked online banking portal for FICA status, documents all clear, none outstanding. Great. Last Saturday I get an SMS to say business account and linked accounts all frozen. I call to ask why. Documents not received. No point complaining about people not doing their job so again, I send the documents. Now, again, I cannot get hold of any relevant personnel to confirm receipt of these documents and release account. Securechat pushes me to call this number: 0873355405. I call that number, they transfer me to 3 different depts then push me to call 0877365709, who then tell me to call the first number again. NO response on follow up emails, WITH reference numbers... I am just at wits end now. I am a Gold Business banking client and I cannot do business because of their incompetence. Its unacceptable and quite frankly as soon as funds are released, I am moving to Nedbank

My investment account was closed & shares donated without my express consent. When I complained they said the phone call recording was investigated and they concluded that I gave permission. I asked to hear that recording for myself and they simply did not respond. 6 days later I asked again, another 6 days later I urged their response. Nothing... Not only do I feel they acted without my permission on my account and my belongings (shares) but acted as judge and juror too on my complaint without allowing me access to this "proof"
I have exotic pet insurance with Dotsure and it is great value for money. I have needed it twice in the last year and they have paid out timeously and properly both times. Highly recommend!
I have been trying to get an insurance quote from Luxottica(more specifically Sunglass Hut) for over 3 months now. Each time i call, i get handed over to a new person and no progress is made. I have emailed the images and the request countless times to various address given to me in these conversations but nothing ever comes of it and cannot seem to follow up.
