What was supposed to be an extremely simple task for any printing company, yet Printulu managed to fail miserably at their job. We ordered two products in total. Product A: an A4 poster to fit into Product B: an A4 Presentation Folder / Sleeve. After about 3 days and 10 interactions with their "customer care WhatsApp" line, they finally managed to approve the job to go to print. (This alone was tedious; little did we know what was about to follow...) After finally receiving the goods, we realized that the A4 poster we've ordered does not fit into the A4 sleeve. What's the point in ordering these two products if the one does not fit into the other? We contacted them, and they said they have nothing to assist us with as it was exactly what we ordered and the fact that they do not fit is not their fault, nor their problem... ... Wait... Really? I pointed out that if it were my company, I would have done two things differently: 1. Upon receiving the order, we would notify the client that these two products do not work together and stop a bad situation BEFORE it happens. 2. Upon post-print inspection, we would have tested the two products and checked if the product we are selling to the client is fully functional. Should the mistake have slipped through the cracks during the pre-production process, we would have picked up on it during the post-production inspection and prevented a job from going out to a client, only for the client to learn that you have dropped the ball during production. At the end of the day, we do not care about the 100 excuses they gave us; we just want a functioning product, which is what we thought we had ordered and paid for. Business rules 101: When you produce a service or sell a product, make sure that it works before you ship it off to your customer. If not, you are about to spoil your name and or reputation lear soon... The A4 paper and the A4 sleeve were shipped off in the same box; never did they bother to even check whether it fits. They wait for the client to figure that part out, and when the client complains about the company sending a non-functional product, they want to have nothing to do with it and blame it all on the customer. I just want the public to note what a horrific experience we have had dealing with Printulu and hopefully we can save a few companies and clients from making the same mistake we did by dealing with this unprofessional company. If we could rate them zero stars, we surely would!

Worst ISP By Far - absolutely terrible, if shopping for an ISP, stay well clear of this disaster of a company. My fiber line has been down for a week and all they keep saying is "apology for the inconvenience caused." I have sent them 18 support tickets and this is all they reply. Avoid at all costst
