Complain about British council south africa sales manager Zoliwe Manyana Good morning, This is Palesa Khoetha I have an issue regarding the British Council. I took the Cambridge syllabus and I took my exams through them I registered to take my exams for the Oct/Nov session back in August of this year. I then received an email of my student of entry with the dates and the venue the exams would take place. I later received another email in Sept letting me know that they have changed the venue as well as the exam dates. All the dates I had received seemed to be incorrect because the days I was told to visit the center were not the correct dates. I contacted them numerous times for assistance and they still failed to help me. They told that they unable to refund me or schedule new dates for me. I would like know if there is any way you can assist me. Any information you may have would be really helpful. They seem to not consider students, I have reached out numerous times and was dismissed by the management without any assistance. This process has been emotionally exhausting. The money and effort I have put in has gone to waste. They are able to communicate with the students. I'm disappointed with the service I received.
