Never received my order - closed down?
Placed an order on 22February 2026, Phoned numerous times and the phone either switches off with no answer or goes to voicemail. Wrote numerous emails to sales@charisjewelry.co.za - keep on getting the auto response email which says they will contact me back in 24/48hours. No reply email. There goes my +R1500 worth of gifts for my children. I have bought from them before with no issue, but it seems they have closed down and now ****ming people due to the fact that the only thing up and running is the website and the payment system. Don't place any orders with them - the only one getting something is them and that's your money.

Hired them to clean 2 sets of couches. They were at my place for 45min and "cleaned both sets". Dirt Mark's still remained. They also Stained my couches with detergent leaving marks that's irreparably. Did not once apologise. No compensation. Still demanded payment. They came out 2 days later to clean the couches properly but just said "theres nothing I can do about that" when referring to the stained detergent Marks. Do not EVER use these people, no matter the promises. They are terrible.

Clicks KC Appalling service along with Manager
Is a Zero rating not possible?? The most appalling service from Clicks Pharmacy Kenilworth Centre. Queues are sooo long - no system even though there's a ticket dispenser. Other people who came after me was serviced before me. Pharmacists not knowing products and dispensing incorrect items. Not knowing their computer system and letting customers WAIT, and WAIT. After much patience spent i asked another pharmacist to ASSIST the person who was helping me. I should have just left the store - would have saved me the trouble of having to go BACK to return an item that was incorrectly dispensed. After having to drive back to the store to return the item, the manager reverses the order. For a split second the manager offers to give me the item, since i opened the box - he says he will not be able to resell it - he will try to but he knows he wont.. BUT then he changes his mind and says to me, this is rather an expensive item and questions if i would you know how to use it??? So you are sorry, but not that sorry to give me the item that you will not be able to resell?? Cancelled my script. They never seeing me again. What a bunch of people! Zero customer service. Zero respect. Done with clicks.
