The most unprofessional "business".
Extremely unprofessional business. Set up an installation appointment for a unit, no communication prior to the scheduling - only received a call an hour before to say a technician will come - when this would not work as the vehicle was not available. Reschedule for the following week at a set time. No communication once again, only an sms the day before to confirm the appointment. Still no communication 1 hour before the appointment, so I call to confirm that the appointment is still on - I'm told it is. 20min after the scheduled time, no communication, I call in - I'm told the appointment was moved 3 hours later - without my consent. I then send my vehicle back on the road, and 1 hour later a technician arrives - again, not on schedule. I then cancel everything. Now, after a week to calm down after this disgusting service. I submit an online request for pricing in the evening. I am then called BEFORE 7AM the next morning and when I tell the person it is unprofessional he tries to blame me for submitting an ONLINE request at 10pm. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS with blatant incompetence and lack of accountability.

Waste of time and money
Staff don't greet and are unwilling to assist. Ticket salesman is blunt and rude. The place is dirty with litter and alcohol bottles all over. Entrance stairs to the house were broken so how is anyone supposed to enter? Nevermind the safety risk. Once deciding to go through the exit, you find more litter and empty alcohol bottles and cans inside the house. The place is dirty and clearly not maintained. What a waste of money and time, even if it was clean it would take less than 5minutes to walk through the house and take photos, with nothing else to do outside.

Waste of time and money
Absolutely useless administration. No response to emails or contact requests. The "student advisor" (tineke) is just as useless. She gives a sales pitch instead of a human interaction with information when you go for a meeting. She doesn't even answer direct WhatsApps on the dedicated VC number. The application took ages to process because no indication was made that documents need to be certified and no one says a word until I phone 3 separate times. Then I get given a 1 week deadline for registration after being made to wait 3 weeks with this pathetic service. Why would I waste over R100k a year here if this is the type of service I receive before even registering. And looking at the reviews, I doubt this will even get a response. Money making scam artists.
