Last night I was astounded and amazed by the work and passion put into this event. The creativity was next level. The service superb. It's an event I will attend again and again! I want to share so much but I will tease, you need to see and experience this evening for yourself. #theradissonhotel #lepetitchef
My rating is a minus 1 star. My mom was admitted on Tuesday into the ICU, at first the service was really what you would expect considering how much you pay for that service HOWEVER... it has been down hill since then. On Sunday the 5th my sister went to see my mom, her nurse was no where near my mom, whom had pushed her buzzer for assistance. The nurse was playing on her phone, when she saw my sister she went to assist my mom, whom was half out of bed, uncovered from the waist down, with no underwear on, displayed for all to see and dirty bed linen. My sister then helped the nurse to sort my mom out and fix her pillows and make her more comfortable. We immediately spoke to the head nurse whom apologized. Yesterday, my mom was put into adult nappies, the reason given that she is far too slow going to the toilet, not that she is physically unable to, but does not move fast enough. My mom will never go to the toilet in a nappy and then to lay there in her waste until she is cleaned? Honestly!! What are we actually paying for? She was asking to be taken to the toilet and the staff chose to put a nappy on her. I have now called to have an update, I was left of the phone for 6min while the staff where having a conversation and totally ignoring the fact that I was just left holding. I then phoned to take this matter up with the hospital manager, I was on hold for 15min, I have now decided to leave a review, maybe now I will get the attention and have this matter resolved. I am disgusted with the service and how the patients in ICU are being treated, or is it just that my mom is too much work? I am sure that when it comes to your bill there will be no hesitation in charging for a service that clearly is not being given. I actually think that a review on Hello Peter might get someone to sit up and take notice. This is my mother in your care, we the family are entrusting her into your care and this is what you are doing, what is happening when we are not there? This is not a government hospital nor is your service free so we expect to receive the service that we are being billed for, not a lack lustre short cut attitude to a patient that is not sane and requires care and understanding! Highly disgusted.
I would actually like to give Momentum negative stars. I in error transfered funds into Momentum SA's ABSA account in August 2021. FNB say they can not reverse the payment even when Momentum queried the payment with them, I had to contact Momentum direct. Well, I would have a better chance of my husband falling pregnant!! I havd called I have mailed them I have logged an official complaint on their site and to date have not had a response. If you not dealing with a telephonic automated response and selection programme; you dealing with staff that have no idea how to deal with your case that you just get transfered from one department to the next. In one phone call I was transfered to 7 different operators. So in a nut shell Momentum have illegally kept my funds by being ignorant and deliberately not responding to any of my communications.
