I to went to try out the new Kryspy King in Kempton Park by the big Shoprite center. - On arrival there was no staff member in front to welcome the customers. So one has to call and make knocking sounds for them to give us service. - Secondly the taste of their grilled meat tasted bad. It was over cooked and dipped in a lot of source and the brown bag was full of their source making it impossible to eat neatly. - Third their fried chicken seriously lacked flavor and had one could taste any spices whatsoever. Iwished at least they could have used aromat or something to give their fried chicken taste. - Fourthly they overcharge us almost double for my meal and I didn't realize until the next day that I was over charged. - So the next day our senior manager returned to the store to show them he was overcharged only to be welcomed by a clueless rude manager when I went to question an overcharge on my bill, the manager was rude, dismissive, and completely clueless about how to handle customer concerns. It felt like they simply didn’t care. To make matters worse, I tried contacting the owner, but the registered address is incorrect and he doesn’t answer calls or respond. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. I left my number and more than 24hrs since we laid a complaint still they haven't responded to us with any solutions as to why they over charged us. It's as good as daylight *******. I left my number they haven't called me in 4 days. I tried to contact the owner, but he is never available. Their head office address and contact number belong to another company. Next time if I when craving for fried or grilled chicken I would rather use other professional popular restaurants.
Cash crusaders Eastrand mall is rotten with bad customer service from the top store manager and her staff. I called Cash crusaders Eastrand mall on the 11 Oct 2023 about 9h30am using my airtime to check on the status of my pawned item status since I had lost the contract. The first lady to answer the phoned asked me that do I know that I'm inconveniencing her as she now need to stop attending to walking customers just to check the date of your contract as if I was not a paying customer myself? Then I asked for her manager called Silly but she was even more rude than the first lady who answered the phone. I then asked to speak to their senior store manager and as I was explaining to her how her staff has been rude to me over the phone and my complain had nothing to do with my excited contract but she also dropped the phone while I was still explaining to her why I asked to speak to her about her staff wrotten telephone customer service. It's unfortunate that it seems like the staff learn their rude behavior from their store managers. If this is how Crusaders Eastrand mall thank us for our support then we rather take our business to their competitors maybe they will have good customer service especially for black people.
I tried selling my car online via SMD and was contacted by their rep by name Ivan. The guy offered me a ridiculous R11000 for a well maintained and running 2005 Ford focus Si sports edition. What made me furious about SMD thsi rep was not his insulting offer of 11k of which was baseless but for a fact when I told him his response towards me where undermining, disrespectful and arrogant he refused to apologize even after I asked him to do so multiple times. He even refused to give me the name of his manager and couldn't careless when I told him about this bad customer service review. He only referred me to his head offlice and they also gave me a non existing number for Ivan's line manager. SMD needs to hire agents, reps or buyers that understand basic customer service and not this arrogant, disrespectful Ivan. I'm greatly disappointed with SMD. If you consider selling your car sell it anywhere else but not on SMD as their reps will left you feeling the same as they did to me.
MBC & DMC debt collectors is one of the company's collection on behalf of Truworths / Identity. MBC has the worst customer services on earth and outrageous rude! and I have no idea why Truworths and Identify use them for debt collection? First of all it's required by the debt ombudsman that before any company hands you over for collection they must notify you via letter, email or SMS and alert you that they have appointed so & so to collect on their behalf. But Truworths chose to ignore those processes and just hand people who lost their job due to covid-19 impacts & give their unaffordability reasons a middle finger. This MBC collectors especially one called Nompumelelo she's outrageous rude and drops the phone in customers faces. If Truworths/ Identity wants their money from us they must stop using MBC as their debt collectors or we will boycott all Truworths stores with the help of EFF.
Goudrivier Wildoord in Waalvater in Limpopo is owned by fraudsters! If you are looking to book for a holiday you need to think twice before you consider Goudrivier. As per picture attached I book for our first family holiday in Limpopo last year late December till first week of Jan 2020. I booked via Bookings.com & AirBNBs.com and paid in full. I also selected an option for free cancellation & their policy does state that should a client be affected by covid-19 you can cancel for free. Unfortunately my wife was diagnosed with covid-19 and had to be hospitalized and I also tested positive therefore I contacted Bookings.comtocancel & referred me to the owners as the money is in their accounts. They then gave the runaround then they got rude & racist and still refused to pay me back my hard earned money for my first ever family holiday in 10 years. While dealing with surviving Covid-19 I felt betrayed, cheated, discriminated and defrauded by owners of Goudrivier Wildoord and their management. But my God and the law will deal with this greedy rich ***s.
