Real bad food. they should change their company name
Wait for an hour for food that is not fresh. the meat is still rare and the rice you could taste is just so terrible taste like it has days in the fridge. they have lost me as a customer because is the second time i buy they disappoint

Bad service and bad taste
I to went to try out the new Kryspy King in Kempton Park by the big Shoprite center. - On arrival there was no staff member in front to welcome the customers. So one has to call and make knocking sounds for them to give us service. - Secondly the taste of their grilled meat tasted bad. It was over cooked and dipped in a lot of source and the brown bag was full of their source making it impossible to eat neatly. - Third their fried chicken seriously lacked flavor and had one could taste any spices whatsoever. Iwished at least they could have used aromat or something to give their fried chicken taste. - Fourthly they overcharge us almost double for my meal and I didn't realize until the next day that I was over charged. - So the next day our senior manager returned to the store to show them he was overcharged only to be welcomed by a clueless rude manager when I went to question an overcharge on my bill, the manager was rude, dismissive, and completely clueless about how to handle customer concerns. It felt like they simply didn’t care. To make matters worse, I tried contacting the owner, but the registered address is incorrect and he doesn’t answer calls or respond. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. I left my number and more than 24hrs since we laid a complaint still they haven't responded to us with any solutions as to why they over charged us. It's as good as daylight *******. I left my number they haven't called me in 4 days. I tried to contact the owner, but he is never available. Their head office address and contact number belong to another company. Next time if I when craving for fried or grilled chicken I would rather use other professional popular restaurants.

Teller refusal to sell chips-pretence of no stock
Unfortunately teller refusal to let me order chips not once but twice. Say there is no stock. Reported to management and they said they take it very seriously but nothing appears to have been done as it happened again at 18:30. First time just as they opened. How can one start the day with no stock. The second time they open until around 3am. That would mean last 6 hours no chips to sell. Very unlikely

The service is excellent and I have never waited long for my orders
The service is excellent and I have never waited long for my orders. Their burgers, chips, Chicken in fact all their products are worth it. What they advertise is what you get. Their burgers are massive and tasty, their chicken is very nice and not greasy. Their staff are very friendly and always smile when they serve you. If it happens the order take a bit long be patient it's worth the wait.

The service is excellent and I have never waited long for my orders. Their burgers, chips, Chicken in fact all their products are worth it. What they advertise is what you get. Their burgers are massive and tasty, their chicken is very nice and not greasy. Their staff are very friendly and always smile when they serve you. If it happens the order take a bit long be patient it's worth the wait.

I recently visited the new Krispy King store in Rondebosch Main Road. On my first visit I ordered 2 Chicken strips and chips. The strips were a decent size and quite tasty. The simple order however took 33 minutes to be completed. On my second visit, I ordered two sides, the chicken livers and strips and rice. Both products were tasty however I was again required to wait 41 minutes for my food. I am not sure what the issue was but for a fast food restaurant in a very competitive industry to take this amount of time to fulfil an order is unacceptable and will make me think twice before visiting them again. A few tips as well, place a bin in the outside eating area, many patrons simply leave their boxes and bags on the tables and this does not look very inviting when walking past. Staff should also regularly clean the eating and washing area. The tables were not wiped down, serviettes were noted on the floor and under the table for the duration of my extended wait.

Rotten chicken
Hi Yesterday my husband and myself visited Kristy King in Colorado Mitchell Plian.. We bought the spicy rice with chicken and a whole chicken rolls chips and cool drink . When we got home we ate boom few minutes my 2 boys ran to the toilet and thereafter my husband. So I called the store the manager was not in but they did not even take my number.

Excellent service
I recently visited Krispy Chicken from CapeTown and I must applaud the service I got . The stuff was super friendly and they give you suggestions when you're unsure of what to eat . Their meat is fresh and juicy

Excellent service
