Not very happy with the attentiveness of the waiters. My wife got to the restaurant where she instructed the person who greeted her that she is going to the restroom then she will get a table. She went to the table we normally sit at. I joined her after she already sat at the table for 20 mins where several waiters passed her with no acknowledgement. I sat with her for another 10 mins where several waiters just walked past. We decided to go i am not gonna ask someone to do their job. And we are usual customers but this was bad.
I purchased some tight for my wife. 2 days later i want to exchange the defective problem and accidentally misplaced the proof of purchase. When I reached the store they were willing to help me. But after I told them the tights were defective and they could not find the defect they basically said we will not exchange it because it is not defective and making me the customer out to be a ****. After that i purchase the same product and left with the defective product. After a while I found the defect and exchanged it also when they once again made me lair when they checked the system when i first bought it. I bought it on the 25 may and they said I bought it on the 23rd. Please just exchange the thing and stop making honest people to look like a ****. Very bad aftersales
I can't believe that OUTsurance can't live up to their own standards and advertising in saying that they can beat any insurance quote and if they can't beat it then they will pay the customer 500 or 1500 if they had uninterrupted insurance in the last 3 or 5 years. I got a quote for comprehensive cover from OUTsurance for R911.00 with an access of R1500 and also a quote from NAKED with the same access for R734. and OUTsurance can't beat that. and they keep on saying they give you an out bonus, but if I put the money i save fromt the two quote i can easily from my own out bonus. Really disgusted. And come to think of it I was insured with them a while ago and they keep on telling me they won't beat the quote because they paid out a claim with no hassles, but that is what an insurance company should do according to my knowledge
Made an order online 5 40pm at 6:45pm the order was still not ready. This was at the sinoville branch. And this is not the fist time we got bad service. And there is never parking.
Wonderful just wonderful, products creates the best of flavors. Would recommend this shop when visiting Durban.
We bought a Candy washing mashing in August from Makro, who's service is also bad. Mastercare sent me an sms with a job number. I phoned them to know when a technician is going to come and inspect the appliance. They informed me it will be within 3 to 4 working days. After the fourth working day, I phoned them again to find out when he is coming, where they notified me that it will be later in that day just after 17:00 nobody showed. Only at 20:30 after our kids was in bed the Technician rocked up. All he did was to take pictures of the serial number and of the damage. If that was all that was needed to be done I could have sent the pictures myself. He Was there on 28/10/2021. They sent a message that the part has been ordered on 29/10/2021. Four WORKING DAYS have passed again with no ETA on when my appliance is going to be repaired. Then when you phone the customer care line the welcome message claims that Mastercare is the No1 Leading Appliance repair company in South Africa. So ask yourself the question: Do I have reason to be frustrated?
