I would like to take this moment to acknowledge the bus driver for Doornport 1&2 that picks up kids at Capital park bus stop around 14h00.His customer service is out of this world the way he speaks to the kids and acknowledge each one of them is so amazing. He is so patient and passionate about his work and the kids are crazy about him. My son always talks about him and loves him so much, after seeing him interacting with him I totally understand why. I wish I took his name cause he deserve to be acknowledged in the highest platform hence hello Peter. .
I have taken up a funeral policy with this company on the 6/6/2025 as it was sold to us that it is affiliated with the government it is responsible for digitalizing the payslip system so naturally i had trust on the company but days later when i wanted to make changes on the policy i could not get hold of them.i even used their what's number to try and connect with them with no success i even called CAPITAL LEGACY SOLUTION cause the company is under written by capital legacy solution but could not be assisted.worse part i have not received the so called policy to date. The FSP no is 53395 for Empower Financial services while for capital legacy solution is 43826.As i no longer have faith on the company i would like them to immediately cancel the policy.
My father's name is Taylor Mxolisi Kufa he was called by a consultant from this company saying that he works hand in hand with FNB my father's bank to help him with his debt mind you my father has never missed a payment and does not need this yet of assistance but because he was told that the bank new about this he thought the bank was the one which recommended this. Upon going to the bank he was told the was no such recommendation from the bank he immediately contacted the lady that was him with no avail. He is so frustrated helpingcoz he was given false information and his interest and wellbeing not prioritized.
My name is Nompumelelo due to financial constraints I was applying for a consolidation loan on line I got a call from the company and was referred to debt counselor who then told me that I was too committed and did not qualify for a loan at this point.he explained to me that there is another type of consolidation whereby they request for my installment to be reduced which I gladly declined but to my surprise they still did it
My name is Nompumelelo Mothoa I’m a victim of identity theft someone went to a Vodacom shop and made two upgrades on my exciting Vodacom contract I then reported the matter to Vodacom fraud department on the 14/10/2022 and submitted all the required documents but Vodacom has not come back to me to give me an update on the matter. I have made numerous calls to Vodacom with no success
I am very happy that Edgars has finally credited my account after 16months but I would never recommend it to anyone due to the stress and heartache but has put me through
I would like to say thank you to Hellopeter as well as to Anathi Njomane from RCS who has ended my nightmare by ensuring that Edgars allocates my payment and now my account is at a zero balance. I feel like I have won the lottery because of him and Hellopeter. I now can sleep peacefully knowing that my name has been cleared and no more *****ed.
I have been trying to get Edgars to credit my account and close it as I had made a full settlement payment in September 2020 and have submitted my proof of payment numerous times to all the available emails address as well as to all the debt collector. Yesterday I went to an Edgars store to get in contact with them to resolve this matter so as they can credit my account and close is as I have no interest with doing business with them ever again for as long as I live and for MBD collectors to stop sending me messages on how to pay Edgars as I don't owe edgars. 16months later still no respond from Edgars,I'm so dissapointed and frustrated because of his company
Edgars has been a nightmare for me since the closure of edgars store in Pretoria CBD in made a full settlement amount on the 28/09/2020 using my Absa App and have sent all the proof of payment to edgars enquiries as well as collections instead Edgars keeps on sending me to different debt collectors I have also asked Scorpion to intervene but hasn’t been resolved to date.
