When I submitted a claim it stated outcome within 10 working days, its now been 12 working days , and still they say follow up on Friday which will then be 15 working days It's a lot of money I had to pay out my own pocket and expected a payout by the 10th working day as per their response
I would love to advise that Owen Naidoo, has gone an extra mile, by checking in on a regular basis and his advise is really appreciated 👏
Owen Naidoo was quick friendly and very professional in assisting me with the information required from Debt Rescue for the renewal process for 2026
I paid all my debt off in Feb, my account was debited which should not have been, awaiting a refund since Feb R13 000 struggling every day to get a refund
I've paid this account up last year, after getting the worst experience I ever had from a service provider, and now I get a email saying my account is unpaid....what is wrong with your accounts department, what are you actually doing....im so mad
I have not been able to receive call or SMS since yesterday, i have phoned Cell 3 5 times, and they keep saying try this and try this, they have said there is a national problem receiving calls, but no issue on receiving SMS's, i cant get into any or my work sites as i need a OTP number, but nothing i am at my wits end...................
