Never again. **** promises is all that they are.
Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Just don't. Stay away if you can. They will just take your money and they will not do any repairs. Never again

False promises
They took 2 months to process my claim, blamed it all on me and I had to go to Social media to get any type of reaction!

Removing images to change cover
I took out insurance with them and they asked me to upload images, which I did and when I went to submit a claim all my images for the comprehensive cover has been removed and I never received any communications that it was incorrect. Now I cannot claim and I have been paying for 13 months. I am highly disappointed and I feel completely cheated.
