I am absolutely fuming with Dr Andrian Dreyer’s rooms at Life Wilgeheuwel! I have been trying to get an urgent appointment with the Dr for two months. They only take appointments for the following month and every time I phone on the date they give me, it’s already fully booked! I am on the cancellation list AND the dr himself wants to see me! SURELY if you are on the cancellation list, your name is put on the following months list FIRST??? But no! You have to try call month after month and get nowhere! The receptionist is infuriating and so unhelpful and refuses to do ANYTHING to assist! This is absolutely disgraceful and I’m livid! I can bet that nothing will be done by Wilgeheuwel hospital nor the Drs rooms! Is this what the medical field has become even in private healthcare! DISGUSTING!!! 😡😡
GFS Express needs a star rating of NEGATIVE 1 million! GFS utterly stinks! They say they’re a leading company with quality & reliability? 🤣Who are they kidding? What the actual hell is wrong with their “courier services”?🤬Their service is NON-EXISTENT & it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of them!! Either no one answers or you’re # 55 in the queue & when you get to # 1, it tells you you’re back at #55!! When you do speak to someone, they promise to call you back… next joke?! And I call them every day multiple times!I hang on only for them to say all their agents are busy and phone goes dead! Their WhatsApp service is PATHETIC too! You submit a message with your complaint, get a message to say one of their customer agents will get back to you & the next day you get a message to say thanks for reaching out & they’ll do their best to improve their services…. 🤣But NO resolution & THEN they ask you to rate their services! 😳 Or the message is all in Arabic!!! Their “service” is UTTERLY DISGUSTING! Thousands of complaints ALL OVER social media! We all need to go viral about GFS as they should NOT BE IN BUSINESS! I have written the above on every post they have on their LinkedIn page. Guess what… they keep deleting it and I keep posting it! Everyone shld go to their LinkedIn page and post comments over and over. Many complaints there too! I have complained bitterly to Temu too as they should NOT be using these idiots! Tracking updates constantly say “Out for Delivery” 😂🤬 but you never get your parcel! I’m fuming as these were all my Christmas gifts, ordered beginning of November!
We planted our seeds exactly a week ago today. You look at other people’s testimonies and wonder if it will work. Well! We woke up day to new grass blades EVERYWHERE! We are so excited to see what happens in the next few weeks as this is truly exciting! Thank you Big Bag!
I was very disappointed at first as I was promised my seeds a week ago. There was some miscommunication and my order was not placed with the courier. However then dealt with Mark who was so helpful and efficient and due to the mess up, he arranged my delivery immediately and threw in a free bag for all the trouble. I am so excited to see what my lawn looks like in the upcoming days!
I placed a door to door delivery on Monday, paid and got a receipt. I was promised delivery on Friday and Pauline’s messaging me back and forth that it was on its way with Aramex. We checked the tracking number and it had not even been collected! I kept messing and calling Paul but he has blatantly ignored all my messages. This “service” is disgusting! Will I even receive my seeds which we were so excited to plant this weekend end or not? NOBODY answers their phones. It’s shocking really! Have we been ****med?
