I raised a complaint with them, about an upgrade, of which the terms and conditions were not explained to me fully and also incorrectly stated. I requested an investigation into this, and got my ref no. (RCO 258091). I was promised that they will be in contact with me within 2 days. It is now 12 days and I have not heard anything. I also tried calling the customer helpline, which is "experiencing high call volumes" after holding some time, the line went dead. I am now in the dark as to what is happening regarding the investigation and also left with a big invoice, and have no alternative means to follow up the investigation. MTN refers me back to Mondo, so they obviously don't want to get involved. Please don't bother with your standard reply, just let me know what the outcome of the investigation was so that I can take it from there
What an absolute nightmare dealing with this company. I have only had bad service from them through the years and have now decided to break all ties.. not as easy as it sounds. Their agents do not care what you want. They will talk and talk until they get what they want, or all your airtime is depleted. I am trying to cancel my last contract with them, due to the nightmare which they call client services. If I can save anyone else from this company, I must... please stay away!
I ordered a hybrid Solar system inclusive of installation, as advertised on special and it was delivered as ordered. I then decided to change (upgrade) the system. The new components were sent and after a short wait for these, the system was efficiently and professionally installed by the regional preferred installation company. No more high Eskom rates and load shedding for me. Thanks a lot to Jason and team.
