This outing was as terrible, for the lack of better wording. Apart from overbooking that resulted in itinerary irregularities, the Franschhoek Tram team was quite unprofessional in dealing with such. They seem to have blatantly ignored (and probably), just deleted our complain email. This experience SUCKED SUCKED SUCKED! We highly recommend this overrated experience straight to the trash can. Ewww! This is a real-life case of "what you ordered VS what you get" scenario..... (The 1-star rating is only because there is no option for ZERO!!!)
Firstly, it was transactions not clearing properly. And now, international card transaction amounts are suddenly capped without even being informed. FNB is just turning into the pits to be honest!!! Meanwhile, all they do is hide behind a finger! Is this even legal..?
