Stay away from this company and all associated companies, Hmc Bathrooms and kitchens, Hmc group, Hmc cement floors, Handymancan, they are not registered with the NHRBC and they will take your money and leave you with half job done. don't trust Victor.

Victor from HMC group/HMC Bathrooms and Kitchens has taken almost R100k of mine and not fully completed my job, it's been two years now and I'm still trying to locate him, he took my money and ran away. I have no built-in cupboards and yet I paid him the deposits. His modus operandi is pretty much the same as you see on the groups, he has to **** a suspecting client to pay another, it's a vicious circle. Don't use this company at all.

Poor quality work and **** artist of note
I had previously reviewed this company and the owner Victor asked me if I take down my negative review he would pay me the monies he owes me which is outstanding from 10 months ago. Victor has taken my money for my built-in cupboards and ran away, R100k gone. I beg you do not use this company or Victor or any company connected to him. His workmanship is poor, sub-contracts all his work out to random contactors. Uses sub-standard materials, he's not registered with the NHRBC..... you've been warned. He pushes you for money and then doesn't do the job

HMC Kitchens & Bathrooms
<div>Please don't use this. business HMC kitchens and bathrooms /Handymancan etc. Anything that is connected to Victor. He takes your money and uses substandard labor and materials. He has not completed my job, I had to fork out extra money to get my materials from a supplier. I am trying to hunt victor down to get my money that he stills owe me. Biggest mistake using this company. Also don't believe the posts of good service as he creates these on his own.</div>

No experience in cleaning or post renovation cleaning
We contacted Paul from Extreme clean for a "post-renovation clean up", I requested for a site visit, but Paul response was I 've being this for 23 years, I will send a quote, reluctantly I trusted his response and booked the service, he initially wanted the full payment, which I found out of place as I needed to judge the quality of work, so I paid a deposit instead. So the teams arrive about 1:45 min late, they did not have the correct address, (yet I have them the correct address) the cleaning chemicals that was brought in was sunlight liquid and handy andy for a post renovation clean up!!!, the teams could not remove the access cement, grout from the tiles etc. They did not take out the vacuum cleaner to suck up any of the dust, we told them do not use a laminate cleaner if they not going to clean the floor first, the floor was not buffed out and is now totally sticky, I proceeded to give them a grout off product to assist with the floor only to get the access grout, cement off, just for the tiles only and I showed them exactly how to use this and yet they took the same product and wiped the chrome taps and fittings, thereby destroying this. I contacted Paul and he was not bothered to come to site to check and continued to blame me for giving them this product together with assigning blame to his staff members. For a company that offers post renovation services I find they have no experience whatsoever. I would stay away from this company.

Samantha went above and beyond your duties to assist us with every request, she always responded immediately and was willing to help in every possible way. I have no doubt that Samantha will continue doing the same for every client she meets.
