Honestly I wish I could give audi Centurion no star, I'm not being petty about it but this is how I feel as a so called client. I have been reaching out and trying to get assistance with regards to my vehicle for the last 3 months and no one has assisted me, the faults on the car are related to the dealership and not myself, I've been **** to as well as sent from pillar to post, bongani the apparent sales manager/ advisor is the most negligent person of them all, he doesn't send out emails to communicate with clients and neither does he call back as he makes empty handed promises, my car has engine problems as well as a whole long list of other issues, no one takes me seriously, everyone decides to pass the buck or say "I hear you", I think it's expected that I work in a call centre and I'm expected to call in 24/7 and beg for assistance, why does this dealership exist ? At inception everyone was nice but as soon as I require service which I pay for; no one wants to pitch in and assist, I'm now complaining as I feel that I have been very patient and give everyone ample time to attend to my concerns, no one was honest with me, I don't believe that I am taken seriously as a client. I am expected to make my own arrangements for a courtesy car whilst the issues at hand are not even my fault, my job is now being affected, if I had known of any of this i would have never even stepped inside the dealership, the sales representative was never transparent the vehicle had repairs/work done on the pistons, I called in earlier this morning to make booking arrangements and I spoke to a lady over the phone who said that she would book the car in for me for tomorrow and in the evening after I had responded to a mail I get told that the dealership is fully booked, why can the people at this dealership not give me the same service as audi center sandton?! I feel like a client at sandton, I am taken seriously and people do reach out to me, a gentleman by the name of Wayne was of the most assistance as well as Dylan, Tshidi and Kamohelo. I honestly do not deserve to put my life at risk each and every day whilst driving. My car switches from drive to manual at any given time which is really not okay, it sounds like it's in dynamic mode whilst in comfort, I did not pay for a broken vehicle and neither did I include the freeway plan for this to happen to me, every single review on this platform has negative remarks, the reputation of audi is being deteriorated by this dealership and the individuals that are "apparently" working there.

I belive that the Gautrain is efficient as well as very cost effective however today the 9th of November 2021;I have recieved extremely poor customer service and communication as well as on Friday the 5th of November 2021;delays regarding the trains should always be catered for as we are paying customers and we pay for excellent service not this nonsense and especially not to be shouted at when we simply ask "what is the delay and how long will it take to be restored" I am extremely furious,frustrated and dissatisfied with this pathetic incompetent management and staff as well as the service i have recieved. Myself as well as other Gautrain users have also been shouted at by management and staff for simply asking why! As a customer i have never had any issues but i will not tolerate someone yelling at me whilst I am asking "why"! This to me is nonsense. I hope to receive feedback soon so that someone can actually make ammendments to the staff and management at Rhodesfield.
