FNB, complaints consultant Precious is unreliable and ************* as she confirmed that my ECU will get paid out to me by Auction Nation, which they have agreed on as Auction Nation and myself did not have any insurance policy agreement , conveniently Precious is referring me now to mnr Frederik who even confirmed that my payment has been loaded and will reflect in my account during the day of 12 April 2024, up till today still no payment has been made, this was my first time ever that any of my cars were involved in an accident, or that I had to be in a situation to claim from any insurance I ever had, hence I will have questions as well as needed the answers, but no humanity has been showed my name was rather slandered and false accusations had been made against me, I have suffered a tremendous financial struggle from the accident happened as rental cars, Uber, for 4 months took its toll, also I have lost a lot of household items I had to sell to get my car repaired after the claim has been rejected, after the accident I even had more damage done towards my car as the lost of the ECU box as well as the headlamp costs me a extra amount of R55000 which I have send the proof. Not even to talk about the emotional distress that this situation have caused on my overall health due to the financial strains I had to endure during the whole process. I thought when you pay for insurance it is to actually cover you and make you more comfortable in such a situation, I cancelled my insurance by my previous insurance who was Outsurance as I thought FNB will be more convenient as I'm a FNB client and have a personal banking account with them, but honestly the experience has been one of the worst experiences in my life due to the way accusations has been made, each time I had a question or asked something I had to first submit this document then that documents and ongoing, when ever I requested information or even the correct information, I conveniently got ignored or get a no respond. As mentioned this is going on for months now, I honestly trust that my request will be submitted as I have a company that are willing to also give a diagnostic report so that we can see if the 2 relates. I want to put this hole experience behind me, but I need what is owned to me and also I need my name to cleared from the false accusations that has been made towards myself as well as my son. If you check the reviews of FNB only 9000 5 stars, towards the over 100000 reviews for bad services and most insurance related, if I was the CEO I will seriously investigate this, and start with a simple thing like customer service, as non of them know what the person are going through and then for consultants to conveniently lies, shift their responsibilities and also not responding or sending the correct documention when you as a client request,, I trust either one of them deserves those positions, cause as soon as you request certain things all of a sudden you get treated like you are the lowest ****bag or you get ignored. Humanity costs nothing. And honesty also not and surely you lack both of the above. The way you treat people says alot about your Characters as humans, and the way you were brought up, my dad always told me, for every tear that you cause of another person, will be paid back in double, never kick someone that's already down, cause you don't know when you will be there. Never ever forget this, Never!!!!!
Another sleepless night due to the way FNB short term insurance consultant A .. as well as P.... From the complaints department are handling and assisting in getting this nightmare ive experienced over. My first review I wrote regarding my computer box as well as my front light of my bmw that got ****** while they *investigated* my claim as my car was in a accident, which the claim was also declined due to the investigation they have done + which up till today I haven't received any proof that my son skipped the stop according to them, Just keep in mind my car was towed away without my permission as I am the policy holder, I was refused access to my own car which is registered in my name fully paid, for months during the investigation which I even had to still pay insurance for and then one of the most expensive assets of my car got ****** while it's in FNB, care. I received a call from P....... Complaints department who even confirmed that the front head lamp and the computer box will be reimbursed by FNB and Auction Nation which is a company FNB have an agreement with not myself. Then all of sudden I have to deal with the consultant A. .. from short term insurance who in the first place laughed at my situation which the complaints department advise me she was handling the situation professionally 100%, as they apparently listen to the recordings and couldn't find any disrespectful attitude from her side, now tell me why cant I get such recordings so that I can proof thats also a lie, why after the complaints officer P .... Confirmed that both items will be paid out the head lamp by FNB themselves and the computer box by Auction Nation, why must I submit invoices, quotations, proof of payments. I already send them a quote, after the quote they requested a invoice, the minute ive send them the invoice they all of a sudden wants a proof of payment. My problem with this is, so many documents and statements and requests has been made from FNB even told me they wanted my bankstatements to see if I bought liquor the morning of the accident, how ridiculous and insulting is that, why can't they submit my request as well, the invoice was R55000 which is a huge amount of money, so I've arranged with Ross to do a down payments which he agreed to, From December until Feb cash payments has been made, as I sold my tv, to cash crusaders as I needed the car to get in running condition soonest as I depend on a car for my work, the I've sold my one phone on market place Facebook which the add is even still on as proof, I received cash for that's then we had a garage sale in January which I made just over R4000 cash. And then my mother have helped me by paying R35000 which myself and her have an agreement that I pay her back monthly. So the only proof of payment I have for the computer box and lights is the R35000 that was transfer the 28th of February to Ross, the rest was paid in cash each time we sold something just to get the car fixed. FNB even contacted Ross to confirmed if the invoice was fully paid and he confirmed yes. Now again they don't want to reimburse me until I have proof of payment for the R55000, again I have to go through emotional and financial strains due to not even my own doings but FNB negligence as the stuff got ****** while my car was in FNB care for months. Why are they doing this to people, I am a single mom who struggles to makes end meets, this is emotional exhausting, my health my work my children my mental health my financial situation everything is going downwards due to empty promises and negligence of FNB, is it because I'm just a number and FNB is a well known company, my stuff got ****** by your company FNB, not by myself, I can be a number but if each number have to withdrawn from FNB you will also just be another number. Treat people with dignity and understanding, iall of us don't have R55000 lying around, if you sell electronics online mostly it's a cash deal, please do your investigation on that as well maybe just maybe you all will understand then. Can higher management please intervene and get this sorted I honestly want to end this chapter but conveniently everything must be 100% the way the consultants wants it and sometimes its impossible, but when I requested months ago recordings, proof of the investigation how it was concluded as well as proof that my son skip the stop and also video footage of where my car stood for months and my property got ****** as I know they have cameras all over, but up till today nothing has been submitted, nothing. Can someone in upper level please just assist me to get this chapter done and sorted.
I'm 42 years old single mom, only breadwinner in our house. I'm driving a old bmw that I bought from my mom, as it were her and my dad's car and my dad past away,but anyway, my son went to work the 19 September 2023. Past 10am he was suppose to fetch me to have my car on his way home, when he turned right by the stop the car had slide qs it was raining, and he crashed into a tree. A Fnb consultant has been contacted, not by myself even the get permission for a tow truck to come and fetch the car, permission has been given without asking me by Leon .. .which I was not even married to by FNB. I never gave permission once for any FNB consultant any permission of what so ever to tow my car away from the accident. When I heard my car was standing in Bellville Auctionations,, when I went there I asked access to my car and I was told that I may not go near the car until the investigation is completed, on that note I just want to add I never in 21 years driving had any accident claim of any in neither one of my cars. I received an email, which requested My bankstatements, my cellphone company for a location of myself and my son whereabouts, workplaces has been contacted and interigated like we are ********s, when I ask my bank statements as they debit my account so they do have my details, I was answered we need to investigate if your sun went to the bottle store, wow what if he went what if did buy alcohol, what then, people buy during they for their information not one of use alcohol. So my question and respond were it's confidential and I'm not feeling at ease to share it with immature people, I was promised it's will only take 14 days the payout that' was confirmed on email, but. The moment I refuse to submit my statements the ladies started to tease and make jokes about the accident and laughed over the phoned, The phoned me one day 27 times just because the morning I had a meeting ive rejected the call, she phoned then another 6 times, then I pick up again and she asked me when will a convenient time to call me and I advise that after 18h00 as that is the time myself and my son gets home from work. She couldn't understand and had to put the phone down again, and she then phoned me 21 times again which I have proof of for that day. It went back and forth until I was informed that an investigation will take place and officers will be flying in from JHB to Capetown to see if FNB will pay out, they only arrived 3 weeks after the crash happened. And investigation has been done where one of the officers met my son to let him go and explained what happened. In the meantime am I out of transport and depend on it to go to work and back, within that period I had collapse as how they treated me and the tention of them laughthing and making fun of me numerous times during this sensitive situation, then Leon the guy that gave permission informed them that I'm in hospital, and then they starting harrassing him for information but he was not even at the crime scene neither was he closeby when the accident happened, they even bombarded me with emails saying it's a ******** offence to lie, as they know the accident happened near a carwash, this was never ever said as there is not even a carwash near my house and the car were not able to start or drive as it was a front accident, Leon requested the recordings where one of us has ever mentioned the carwash as they started to say things we never said, saying that even Leons bankstatements has been requested, then all of a sudden, a Team leader mailed Leon telling him I must first sign consent before they can release the recorded conversation, conveniently they forgot who is the policy holder from the start as they accepted Leons approval to take my car away which I did not give permission any giving time, but now I must give wow, convenient of them neh. Then I was needed to buy a new car as previously advise I depend on transport in order to do my job, which were an extra R5009 on my budget which I couldn't afford but had no choice, I have also still paid my insurance throughout the investigation period, they dragged it out for 4 months, just to contact me one day that the claim has been rejected due to investigation they have found that my son had skipped the stop. I was instructed to fetch the car on my expenses before the Friday. When we fetch the car, the light as well as the computer box is missing. I immediately informed them via email, my son had asked the guy at auctioneers where it is and he advise that it's somewhere there he must just find it, then emails came back with photos from the crash investigators that when they investigated the car there were no computer box, so how did they investigate it without the computer box that's gone, why can I not get the proof off that findings and how is it possible to go in someone else's word without any black on white proof and a person that was not even close to the accident when it happened. I went to the tow truck guy who towed my car away, and asked him when he delivered my car was the computer box still there and he confirmed yes luckily he still had the photos he even submitted to FNB insurance consultants. By saying that I had to get the car fixed as I was struggling to cope with the payment of the new car as before I qualified to buy a car I had to rent a car which has cost me over R12000 for the rental. Now diesel bmw E90 computer boxes are not cheap, it's R24000 plus vat plus the recoding of the car , the front light that has been missing is R8000 for a new one, in total it's R32000 damage after I never gave permission for fnb tow truck or fnb consultant for my car to be towed to Bellville plus the rental car plus doctors costs and all the months I still had to pay the insurance in full. How can FNB just get away with this, how can nothing happen if you not allowed to go to your vehicle, you never ever to begin with give any permissions for them to tow my car, and then I have damage of R32000 just for parts that got ****** while my car was in FNB trust and now they get sit back and just don't give me evidence on why they my son did not stop proof that you have that on footage, camera, or whatsoever form, to decline my claim after I never ever claimed from any insurance in more that 20 years I'm working and not even taking responsibility for things that got ****** from their premisses and it becomes my problem and they just don't care. Can someone please assist me as financially I lost thousands and thousands due to damage they added and not taking any responsibility for it and also in actual fact took my car without permission from myself which is theft. . I honestly hope someone can assist to at least get the money back for the new computer box and lights. Cause they are emotionally draining people's strengths.
This place are completely focus on money, no humanity, no people skills, no communication when a telephone agreement has been settled, haven't even signed any contract cancelled the telephone agreement the 16th of Feb, it's the 14th of Feb still havent received my money they debited, after numerous emails phonecalls and whatsupp mgs they will respond after 4 or 5 days, but trust me before any agreement they phone you 4-5 times a day. They did not pay any of my accounts not a cent, they are such big ****mers, do NOT make use of them, I'm in more debt now due to debit orders that bounced cause they deduct my money but never pay one debtor, so I had to apply for a small loan again to cover the debit orders that bounced and they just don't worry one single moment, after they received your funds. Be careful they are sweet talking in the beginning but trust me some of the biggest bull****ters ever.
As per there unprofessionalism from management to sales persons at Herm**** branch, I hope that higher management get to see this mgs, as the wrong people is employed at your franchise, I trust you are maybe not aware but they actually have no character or knowledge on how to treat customers, it would be much appreciated if top management or even franchise owners address this matter as it's really given rola a bad name. Niel Marais working at that branch is one of the employees you need to look into, I will not small talk as 1st. He have no customer relationship knowledge, 2. He have put lives in danger due to his reckless driving on the N2, by driving 120 k.mp hour in a 70km zone? I MEAN REALLY YOU PUT PEOPLE'S LIFES IN DANGER AND THAT WITH COMPANY CARS??? THEN YOU CRASH IN A OLD MAN CAR KNOWINGLY YOU WRONG, PROMISING TO ASSIST HIM, AND THEN WHEN HIS CAR NEEDS TO BE FIX BOTH YOU AND YOUR MANAGER DECIDE TO IGNORE HIM AS WELL AS BLOCK COMMUNICATION WITH THIS MAN. How unprofessional of both and un human. You don't deserve to serve the public. Please find jobs where you don't have to interact with people. Your services lack management.
