Trashiest service ever
Worst insurance service ever. I submitted an insurance claim, and it’s been 18 days. Every time there seems to be action is because I am chasing them down. I followed up on a claim payment, or which I had supplied my banking details, and I got told that it’s because my banking details are wrong and an error message they are receiving is that the account does not exist. Yet the banking details I submitted as per their ask were the same account they deduct from, and proof of that account was via a bank certified account confirmation. What’s funnier is that same bank letter was shared with other firms and they managed to make payments into that account

Springbok Parking
Worst experience ever. Left my car with them. I come back after a few days. My reverse camera is not working. When i do a follow up with them. They tell me, they take no accountability for it. Secondly also admit that during the vehicles stay, my battery went dead, and cant explain why. The manager Martin and reception/ admin lady are the rudest people ever. This is the trashiest service i have come accross. Actually contacted lawyers
