I'm very angry customer I subscribed and paid R430 subscription fee on the 14.12.2023.then received the device 7days later on 22 December continue with poor service delay to activate for three day's until 26 Dec..on the 14 of Jan they decided to block the device said I must pay 300rand on top of RR430 paid now is total cost of R730 within period of 20 day's but still it took them three days to activate my phone and the agent threatened to take the phone harrassed me at my work place...of which I subscribed a debit my for the 25 of every month ... But is no longer happening according to agree is like they demand money every after two weeks now.. 😭 when I wake this morning the device is blocked again is not even a month or 30 day's I paid a total of R1160 cos yesterday they debited amount of R430...this is traumatic to me I'm not enjoying this device is better u guy come and collect ur device and give me my money back..... You can come at my work place where you normally come and harrass me 😭

Mtn billed my account I'm was cancelled within 7 days now the listed me as a default in itc
I'm very angry customer mondi and mtn gave me better customer service.i took contract with mtn from mondi..I canceled the contract within 7days because I was not happy about the package...mondi took time cancel the contract now mtn listed me at credit bureau as the default amount of R257 I don't remember using even single data from mtn.
