Pathetic Manager Shanice
Pathetic Manager Shanice and Company Stay away from this pathetic company the manager Shanice is extremely rude and unprofessional don't understand how she became a manager because their are certain qualities that a manager possess and she clearly has none she tells me I must calm down who does she think she is to tell me what to do??? She is very ***********. I am definitely going to be changing my service provider the company normally pays me by the 5-7th of every month and now all of a sudden I hear them say 15th how do you just change the dates to suit you ? I have had endless problems with them and they full of excuses. Honestly they don't even deserve 1 star, she even went as far as cutting the call on me.

Complaint
I submitted my assignment two weeks ago and I have not received feedback yet. I am doing the 420-hour course, and it states that I have TEFL prime which includes fast track marking so why has my assignment not been marked yet??? I have been chatting to customer service representatives who can not assist me i have sent emails to my tutor who does not respond. Please stay far away from this institution rather spend your money elsewhere. The advisors are only there to make you sign up and nowhere to be found afterwards for assistance. The email that they tell you to respond to is automated so it doesn't help in any way.
