Good day About a month ago, I bought 6 packs of Thirsti still water, consisting of 6 500 ml bottles in each pack from Makro Centurion. To our disgust, the water had a vile sandy, stony taste and had small stone particles in the water. Every pack of water had the same dirty taste. It is horrifying to know that such poor quality water is being sold, and I shudder to think about the potential health consequences of drinking such water. Where are the quality checks being done at these factories? After reading other reviews on Hellopeter, I realised that many other people had similar experiences. Clearly, nothing has been done to address these serious complaints which says alot about the company.
I visited the telkom office in verulam on 3 occasions in September 2021 to cancel my telkom line.0123463707.I was told that they were offline and i need to download the telkom app and cancel it on the app. I then downloaded the app but could not get in.I visited the vrlm offices to complain, the consultant said that there was a problem with the app.Philile ngwane adivised me to come in with my id and she will help cancel the landline. She advised me that the cancellation went through.Thereafter I received the message on the 28th of September confirming the cancellation.I visited the Vrlm branch again in October to double check if the landline was definitely cancelled and the consultant confirmed that it was definitey cancelled. On the 12th of September I received an sms from telkom stating that fault on 0123463707 ref 59572988 is cancelled. This got me even more furious when I received a statement from telkom d/d 12.11.2021 for a payment for R523.58.I visited the vrlm office again to query, only to be told that the line is not cancelled and I need to phone 10210 or 081180.I phoned and Martha said she cant cancel and I must redial and choose option 1 and 4.I did exactly that but it went back to her.I am extremely upset and I refuse to pay R523.58 as its clear that Telkom service is pathethic and none of the employees I spoke to, have a clue what is going on.
