I purchased icing sugar from Honey bee on Saturday the 04/10 for a large order of cupcakes as I am a baker. While I was making my icing I found large pieces of stone looking pieces in my buttercream (I had already made a batch prior and iced half of my cupcakes) after seeing what I found I had to start over which caused a delay in my order. I contacted honeybee today 06/10 and they advised I should go into store and show them what I found. They agreed to only refund me for the icing sugar after trying to get me to take a different brand of icing which I did not want after my previous experience. They did not consider my time and ingredients other than the icing sugar that went to waste or try and compensate me for my loss.
I ordered 2 personalized cover, a month later I still had no feedback so I sent a message to follow up only to find out that they didn't have stock of the one cover and I only found out when I sent a message to follow up, the service is extremely bad I had to wait about two for feedback as they advised they were changing suppliers I waited another two weeks only for them to say they can't provide the cover and said they would send the other one at their own cost and refund the second one when the time finally came they said they didn't mention anything about the free delivery for the cover...they didnt get back to me with any feedback unless it was initiated by myself,I will never use candywrap again
