DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE......5 WEEKS LATER I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY ORDER AND THEY ARE BLUETICKING MY MESSAGES ON WHATSAPP.....IF YOU DO NOT WANT STRESS DONT ORDER AT CANDYWRAP..... THEIR SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS. HELLO PETER SHOULD HAVE AN OPTION TO GIVE BUSINESS'S 0 STAR....THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE THAT 1 STAR

So disappointed in candy wrap
I received my order and I wasn’t happy about it I ordered 2 cups from candy wraps one was in good condition and the other one’s handle is broken.It took the a month mine while they said that their order are delivered within 14 business working days.I was so disappointed coming to think that I would have been the best birthday gift I would have bought my younger sibling

Horrible experience
I wish I could say the same…I got a total opposite experience with this company. I ordered an iPhone 11 cover and key ring on the 1st of August which took more than a month to arrive. The phone cover didn’t even last a month, it started to peel off and when I reported the matter I was told that the cover is out of warranty but was promised to look into the matter till today with no response. When I text them on WhatsApp they just blue tick me.

Horrible experience

Appalling Service from Candywrap Port Elizabeth
I've ordered and purchased from Candywrap twice and received appalling service on both occasions. I should have learnt my lesson the first time around!!! With my first order I waited 22 working days as opposed to 10 - 14 working days for fulfillment of my order. The second time around, I decided to follow up after 14 working days to avoid having to wait longer than what is stipulated on their website and order form (i.e 10 - 14 working days). Given the fact that I made an immediate payment, I was expecting my order to be fulfilled and ready for collection by the 14th working day, as it was meant to be gifts for a special occasion. They constantly left me hanging, and said they will investigate and get back to me. Everytime I follow up, they would say that I'll receive communication from them by the end of the day regarding the dispatchment of my order. They had the same old story every day!! Nevertheless, I continued to follow up daily until I eventually received my order on the 18th day. No apology or explanation upon collection of my order. Needless to say, I am never ordering from them again😑👎.

I ordered 2 personalized cover, a month later I still had no feedback so I sent a message to follow up only to find out that they didn't have stock of the one cover and I only found out when I sent a message to follow up, the service is extremely bad I had to wait about two for feedback as they advised they were changing suppliers I waited another two weeks only for them to say they can't provide the cover and said they would send the other one at their own cost and refund the second one when the time finally came they said they didn't mention anything about the free delivery for the cover...they didnt get back to me with any feedback unless it was initiated by myself,I will never use candywrap again
