DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE......5 WEEKS LATER I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY ORDER AND THEY ARE BLUETICKING MY MESSAGES ON WHATSAPP.....IF YOU DO NOT WANT STRESS DONT ORDER AT CANDYWRAP..... THEIR SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS. HELLO PETER SHOULD HAVE AN OPTION TO GIVE BUSINESS'S 0 STAR....THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE THAT 1 STAR

Terrible Service
<p>Last week Tuesaday I applied for a phone at MTN Rivonia and I was told that it takes 24 hours to approve if I qualify for a phone or not. I informed the agent that I needed a phone urgently as my old phone was stolen. I didnt receive a call from MTN on wednesday, Thursaday afternoon I decided to call them and I was told that they will give me a call as my application was still pending. I didnt receive a call from them and Friday I decided to go there and Lukhanyo the agent I dealt with at first told me that they was a problem with the system but he assured me that I was gonna get it by the following Monday. He requested that I send him my recent bank statement which I did on the day. On Monday I still didnt receive a call from him so again I decided to call him and he told me that he didnt receive the statement and I resent it to him and he promised once again that he will call me in an hour or 2 which he didnt. I then again used my airtime and called him and he told me he that it was still pending and he was gonna call me in an hour because they had a backlog on all new applications, I requested that he cancelled the application so that i can go to another MTN to apply. I went to MTN in Alexandra and a lovely gentlemen helped me and to my suprise I was told that my previous application was not cancelled and it had been incomplete since last week because they were missing documents which Lukhanyo failed to tell me about for a week. I have used MTN all my life and this is the first time I receive such bad service. It doesnt take a week to approve a phone contract....Please make a plan before I move to another network</p>
