Do not touch these dishonest thieving ****s with a bargepole. Bookings were made, money and time spent to get to the venue only to hear from the venue that there was never a booking. Months and months of asking for a refund and all we ever got were empty promises and false offers to settle the reimbur*****t. ****s and ******* is all I can say. https://www.lnglobal.co.za/

The only Explorer will be you....You will spend days exploring how to get service and a response from this company
I have been trying now for more than a month to get someone from this company to respond to me. I called initially and was told that they are at a trade show and could not help me, I should log my fault on their website under the Warranty tab. This was done near the end of May, well today is almost the end of June and not a single call, email response nothing. I have tried a number of times to call and eventually got hold of someone called Chris who may as well have not responded because he doesn't really care about my problem. I have been told in various whatsapp messages that the parts to replace the broken parts have been sent or will be sent, but nothing has materialized. So what is my problem with the Tusk Explorer canopy? Well mine is now around 33 months old, the thing is supposed to be made of stainless steel but is rusting like a tin can and the hinge system they use, which is a flexible rubber moulding has rotted away and the back door of my canopy has fallen off. So imagine my surprise when I was stopped by someone to tell me my canopy door is falling off. The fun part is that I can now no longer use the canopy as nothing is secure. Want to buy a canopy, please do not buy this junk.......

Excellence in service and execution
I had a terrible experience with another tracking company in SA, so had their device removed from my vehicle and requested a quote from Cartrack. Wow what a difference, from the time that Candy Muthali took my call to the time that we finally concluded the transaction, she made me feel as though I was her most important customer and she needed to help me. Thank you Candy for that. The whole experience has been a smooth, efficient and very easy process from start to finish. Today the technician arrived to fit the tracking device in my vehicle and WOW also a really amazing experience. Lolo as he asked me to call him, was an absolute gentleman and super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in his work. Lolo had me up and running in a very short space of time, showed me how he had connected my vehicle to it's wireless guardian in the sky via the app. The app is also a lot more intuitive than the other companies and actually works. Thank you Cartrack for the professional and friendly service you have shown and offered me, you now have a new salesman in me and it only cost you the excellence you have shown.
