I bought a packet of bran ****in mix, and was horrified to find a WORM and webs in the packet as I opened it. It is disgusting and I cannot believe a company like Snowflake does not have preventative measures in place to prevent parasites. I have taken pictures of this and logged a complaint, but I think my days of buying Snowflake is over. I have also previously bought ****in mix that had webs in it. This never happens when I buy other brands like Golden Cloud. I buy via 60/60 so I cannot even check the packets before I buy. This is really so disgusting...
I would like to warn other people about the horrific experience I have had with Vodacom. Their online security is clearly extremely poor, and puts normal people at risk for *****ulent transactions. About 3 months ago I noticed a R200 debit order going from my account, reference Vodacom. I reversed and cancelled it on my account, as I am not a Vodacom customer. Suddenly the next month a debit order of R1400 again went off my account. I went to the bank to cancel and reverse, I went into a Vodacom shop to inform them that it is *****ulent, and I also e-mailed their ***** department with an affidavit to confirm that I did not open a 20gig data account with them. According to the Vodacom shop assistant, this was an online application. Apparently on online applications, Vodacom does not ask ID, photos, or anything to verify that the person opening the contract is actually legit. I think this is very poor security and rediculous. This month, once again another R1600 just went off my account yesterday, even after all the steps I took to cancel this debit order and **** account in my name. Each time I have to go into my bank as the amount is more than R500, and my bank also charge me R50 fee for each debit order I have to go cancel. I hope that Vodacom is planning to refund me all these bank fees, and have this *****ulent issue/contract sorted asap, as this is really getting rediculous.
