I bought a packet of bran ****in mix, and was horrified to find a WORM and webs in the packet as I opened it. It is disgusting and I cannot believe a company like Snowflake does not have preventative measures in place to prevent parasites. I have taken pictures of this and logged a complaint, but I think my days of buying Snowflake is over. I have also previously bought ****in mix that had webs in it. This never happens when I buy other brands like Golden Cloud. I buy via 60/60 so I cannot even check the packets before I buy. This is really so disgusting...

Misleading Car Competition. I am visually impaired . I asked the merchandise in Spar do I need to purchase any Snowflake product to enter the win a car competition anc hd said yes. So I bought 1 kg semolina wheat flour came home tried to enter, do D not allow me, after using all my airtime, reply was that I needed to spend R450.00 to enter. Snowflake and Premier Mills stop *********** poor people. Stop miss leading us. We supported you all these years. Just so unfair. I am tired of companies like you who exploits the desperate.

On 26th May 2025, I sent an email to customercare@premierfmcg.com to inform that the 1kg Bran ****in mix was acidic and salty I sent photos as well and received a phone call from Shoniez who said my complaint would be sent through and investigated and I would be compensated. I sent a follow-up email in 9th June and received the same response: Good Day Rebecca Thank you for your email. Kindly note that we still await feedback regarding your complaint and have also sent a follow-up. We will revert as soon as we receive feedback. Kind Regards Shoniez Kariem Since then, no feedback and I have resorted to stop buying any Snowflake products.

The most horrible experience. I bought the cupcake mix for the st time after buying the scones and ****in mixes. The consistency I got from the 400mls milk and 250 mls cooking oil and 4 eggs was not a butter as I expected. The mix has no sugar. I am highly dissatisfied.

If you recall I recently encountered an issue with snowflake. I had purchased the semolina and it had worms as well as creatures in it. I was given a replacement voucher which I used to purchase my easy mix at Pick n Pay. I was extremely disappointed when I had mixed the contents of the scone mix into my bowl. It had tiny worms in them. This is now the second incident with snowflake. This is absolutely disgusting for such a renowned brand. I initially thought that the previous store did not store the product well but clearly the issue lies with the brand itself. It's frustrating to be experiencing this over and over again. If I had not looked close enough my family and I would have consumed the product. It seems that nothing has been done to ensure safe consumption of your products. I have noticed that there has been numerous complaints about snowflake regarding creatures and worms in the products. It's quite clear that you guys do not take these issues/complaints seriously. If you did then this would not be a continuous problem, nothing has been done about the complaints and I think it is only right to now take this matter further. Who knows what could have happened if my family and I had consumed this product or any other person. Honestly this is becoming a really frustrating issue. We cannot be writing a complaint each time about this. I WILL NO LONGER BE PURCHASING SNOWFLAKE ITEMS. This company does not live up to the slogan. I hope this matter is dealt with or else I will be taking this further! (I have sent this in email to snowflake and have not received any feedback)

I had purchased the wheat semolina on the 17th of March 2025 at Townsquare Spar in Richards Bay. I had stored the sealed packet in my fridge to use on Thursday night however when I had opened the sealed packet last night I did not notice anything but after adding the second cup of wheat semolina to my pot there was a dead moth in my semolina. I checked the packet and found a worm and eggs as well. To me this looks like it had come from the factory like this. This is very disgusting and disappointing for such a well known brand. If I had not put the second cup of semolina in my pot I would have never known that the packet was contaminated!! I was going to use this semolina to prepare a dessert for my family. If we had consumed this contaminated semolina we would have ended up very sick and most probably in hospital. I do not understand how a renowned brand like Snowflake can even send out a product like this from their factory. I have always purchased snowflake products but I now have to think twice before doing so in future. This is honestly very disgusting for such a huge brand. Your product definitely does not live up to your slogan "to fresh to flop"! It's honestly very sad. I had emailed the customer care and they had asked for my contact number but has not contacted me since. Pathetic customer service!

Bought a packet of flapjack and waffle mix. Been buying the same product for years and has always turned out awesome tasting flapjacks. All of a sudden newer branding stating you can get 32 flapjacks out of the mixture which I followed meticulously. What *******! Only managed less than half that quantity and it had the texture of rubber and was inedible - bad tasting too. Other added ingredients like milk,oil and eggs were all fresh when added to the mixture. Definately not worth the high price paid for your product either. Its garbage! Does your company honestly have the audacity to insult consumers when you change the product for probably cost saving measures? WILL NEVER BUY YOUR PRODUCT AGAIN! Best of luck, Im sure Im not the only one
