Checkers Misleading Competition
Checkers misleading competition to win one of 3 Suzuki Jimny 2025. I bought your 3 required advertised products. Viz, KWV, Castle Lite, and Coke.. this was bought without n the competition period he ch ix still current. And I WAS NOT ENTERED iNTO THE DRAW. So it begs me to think was the first vehicle awarded to a family member of Checkers or perhaps the niece of your auditor? Because when you advertise to purchase 3 of your participating products to enter which I did within the competition period and, not entered I smell a huge Rate and Checkers and your competitions SKINK of *******ION.

Snowflake Flour Miss leading Competition
Misleading Car Competition. I am visually impaired . I asked the merchandise in Spar do I need to purchase any Snowflake product to enter the win a car competition anc hd said yes. So I bought 1 kg semolina wheat flour came home tried to enter, do D not allow me, after using all my airtime, reply was that I needed to spend R450.00 to enter. Snowflake and Premier Mills stop *********** poor people. Stop miss leading us. We supported you all these years. Just so unfair. I am tired of companies like you who exploits the desperate.

Dis-chem Rips off Customers
Enough is enough Dis-chem stop *********** your customers. This week was the third time you incorrectly charged me. You advertise one price on your shelf and charge a higher price at the till. If so obvious that you are robbing your customers, the teller is so used to the routine if the price is queried, she walks to the product brings back the correct price tag, calls her manager to override the price, and no apologies offered by either of them. I actually feel sorry for Customers with multiple items in their trolley and those that do not watch the prices being scanned or read their till slop at Dis Chem. I complained to their help desk, and was given the most idiotic explanation that the sever does the price not them. So as per their help desk staff, Dis Chem's sever generates one price for the item on the shelf and another for the same item at their tills. Stop ripping us off.

KWV False Advertising
KWV at it again. Displaying bottles with competition neck tags advertising a competition to win a car that closed end February 2025. Stop misleading the consumers by false advertising. This was observed at Tops Spar Phoenix KZN today.

MiWay *******
On the outset our vehicle deprecates year to year. Before my yearly anniversary with MiWay I called them to discuss my premium for the next team only to be told that I must expect a call from them closer to time. I call 5 weeks before anniversary. Only to receive an email a week later advising my of my 30% increase, my vehicle has deprecated over the past 12 months, why has my premium increase and by 30% my profile remained the same. I called them, and they would not budge on their new premium. MiWay you talk a lot about customers service but fail to deliver, no wonder you are not SA number one vehicle insurance provider. I managed to get a much better deal from their competitors at a lower price. MiWay stop ripping of your clients.

KWV Dishonest
On the outset, majorly if shoppers do not read the fine print on a promotional item. Today I purchased a bottle of 3 years old KWV Brandy, because it had a competition swing tag on its neck, only to come home and read the fine print that the competition closed yesterday. I find that both KWV and the store to be dishonest and without integrity. The swing tags should have been removed and judging by the shelf space many consumers bought this item today. Shane on you KWV for misleading their customers. Once a loyal supporter.

Bad Breakfast Kwik Spar Mt Edgeconbe
After my morning walk on the beach yesterday, I stopped at Mt Edgeconbe Kwik Spar for breakfast. It was about 07h15 and it was quite. I ordered, had to wait awhile, bacon was under cooked with more fat than meat, as we're the eggs, also very oily. She forgot half my order, side of chips, waited longer. There were only two people having breakfast. It was not busy. How could they serve such a bad meal. It was the worst breakfast I have ever had.Sorry Spar your service levels have dropped. Just all round bad service.

Spar Starwood Rips of Customers
20/11/2024 Spar rips of customers , false incorrect advertising. Today news print and their in-store shelf takers advertised beacon marshmallows 150g two for R32.00 with rewards card. Now beacon does not produce 150 G anymore the pack size is now 135g. I offered to take a single 300g pack they refused. Instead I was kept waiting for half an hour in the aisle while two supervisors came offered no explanation and left. I found the floor manger who's reply was that it's not his problem since the news print was from head office. My concern it that how many customers were ********** by taking 2 x 135gpacks and been charged full price at the till. Shame on you Spar.
