FINE FRAGRANCE (WATER) COLLECTION
"Fine" Fragrance (*******ion) Collection should be reported to the Consumer Protector ASAP!!! They claim the following as per their website: "Our generic perfumes smell the SAME as the originals. Of course they smell the same as the original designer fragrances. There wouldn’t be much point selling perfumes that don’t deliver. We buy the best quality oils we can lay our hands on and regularly perform internal smell tests to ensure they are the best possible matches available to us. We have even held public, blind smell tests and results have always come up positive with the vast majority unable to tell the difference between Fine Fragrance Collection generic perfumes and their original designer versions (Usually, the only difference noticed is in the strength and we know why – we have a much higher dosage) Our generic perfumes last LONGER than the originals This a bold statement for us to make – that our generic perfumes last longer than the original. How is it possible that our perfumes are better than theirs? Dosage! We put 35% perfume concentrate in every Fine Fragrance Collection perfume. This is way more than the originals whose dosages range anywhere from 7% to 28%. This higher dosage results in a longer lasting perfume. This allows you to use less each time resulting in further value for money." "In buying our perfumes, you are supporting South African jobs – you are not supporting crime or global perfume syndicates." LIES!! LIES!! LIES!!! Their perfumes USED TO BE amazing when they first started out and used glass bottles packaged in beautiful cardboard cylinders but then greed took over. The perfumes DEFINITELY DONT LAST AND DOES NOT SMELL LIKE THE ORIGINAL!! NOT ANY MORE! They claim that customers "are not supporting crime or global perfume syndicates" but now what they are doing is ******** and smells of perfume syndicate. Pun intended. LET'S GO VIRAL WITH THIS! There is more than enough *******ion going around. We do not need more.

Fantastic 4 Family Catering & Decor Grassy Park
We booked Fantastic 4 Family Catering and Decor from Grassy Park for a family member's 80th birthday on Sunday 7 April 2024. The deposit was paid as requested. The owner kept on hounding us for the rest of the money before the event even happened. We paid the full total after she continuously requested the money. On the day of the event, the service that we received was worse than we could ever have anticipated. The menu that we were promised was not delivered. The food that was served was horrible and nothing according to the promised menu. It seemed like it was left overs of the previous night's function that she catered for. The decor as promised was also not supp****. The event was a huge flop and an awful embarrassment since the guests all paid to attend the event. We approached the owner about this and demanded a refund in part. She promised that she would refund us but to date nothing has been received. She promises and promises to make payment but nothing comes of it. She now ignores our calls and our messages. It is time to take the legal route with her. I would not advise anyone to make use of this company because the owner is totally unreliable, untruthful and *************. We want her to do the right thing and immediately refund us the portion of the payment as promised. We have been waiting way too long for it.

TELJOY customer service sucks!
I ordered a product from TELJOY and received notification email on 27 Oct 2021 that my order was being processed. Since then ZERO. I eventually called just to be told that they're so sorry but they conveniently just received news from the supplier that my order will be sent to TELJOY tomorrow 19Nov and that I will receive it next Friday hecause that is the only time that I can be available to receive the order. On a previous occasion I requested for my debit order to be changed to stop order whereby I will effect payments from my side because my paydate cant be accommodated on their system to which I was told that if I do that then they will penalise me with an additional monthly charge. This sucks!! What kind of customer service is this?
