Nobody responds to email. I have been complaining about my refund, I have sent 4 emails. Nothing. Absolutely no care for customers.
Worst customer service center ever. I complained about the Huggies nappies and I was referred to Kimberly clark. Since last year they have never attended my complaint after sending numerous pics, videos. NOTHING! I would not recommend Huggies as they will send you to this *********** Kimberly Clark to handle your case.
Worst brand ever. I bought 2 packs last year that were defective and unusable. I Sent them an email and they referred me to Kimberly Clark. I sent photos and followed instructions. Until to date nothing has ever came out of my complaint. I followed up on emails, social media they kept ignoring. Huggies and Kimberly Clark are the worst cistomer servicers ever. I would not recommend at all

What a disaster of service I have received from this company. I took out a medical insurance for my bookings just in case. When it was clear, I couldn't travel, I went to a medical practioner who deemed I was not in great health to travel. I emailed them the letter. Disaster afterwards, they want to know what medical condition I have, they need it detailed. Since when will medics go into detail about their patients ills. They're not happy with note/ letter and thus I will not be getting my refund. Of course they have their own preferences on medical practioners. Absolutely appalled
