I would like to thank Debt Rescue for their stellar service!! Specifically Michelle Mhlongo. 10 ✨ service!! I was under debt review from early 2017 till 2021 when I was able to pay off my debt thanks to Debt Rescue. Recently I tried to once again start up my credit record. No sooner I received a hoax call from a third party 'lawyer' trying to **** me, telling me that they can help me clear my credit record for north of R6k... I contacted Debt Rescue where Michelle Mhlongo was assigned to help me with my problem. My problem being my negligent behind had misplaced my paperwork stating my debt has been paid off. In less than a day I had my relic paperwork in hand and piece of mind on my side. Once again thank you Debt Rescue and specifically Michelle Mhlongo for your 10 ⭐ star service
On Monday afternoon 14/2/22 I took my pool pump to Wikkies pompe in 1237 Lawrance St, Queenswood, Pretoria thinking that I would get the best service availible to diagnose the issue I had with my pool pump... I was greeted with a less than enthusiastic technician that recieved my pump and informed me that they have a line of pumps waiting in line to be checked out and that mine would take a few days to diagnose, probably 2to3 working days. Being a reasonable man with some technical knowlage I accepted these terms and went on my way. On Friday 18/2/22 at around 14h00 I called to enquire about my pump. I was told that it was still in line to be checked out, but he would go check and let me know whereabout in the line my pump is. I never heard from him so I went to the store on Saturday 19/2/22 since I was in the area. Once again the technician informs me in person that the pump is still in line. On Tuesday 22/2/22 I called again and was informed that my pump should be coming onto the workbench within a few hours. No other communication was made untill Friday 25/2/22 when I called them at about 15h00. Once again I had no answers about the condition of my pump so today 26/2/22 at 08h20 I walked into the store and asked for my pump. ALL OF A SUDDEN MY PUMP HAS BEEN DISASSEMBLED AND A REPORT WAS FILLED IN... So tell me, being a person who has been patient for 2 full weeks, am I allowed to be annoyed and disappointed in the service that I have received? Or am I just being petty?
We had a very unsatisfactory experiance with the manager and staff at the BalaBala chinese shop, located in the Willows Crossing Shopping Center, 570 Rossouw St, The Willows, Die Wilgers, Pretoria, 0184. Another shopper and I found telescopes on their shelf, advertised with their own printed barcode, for R50. Now this being a chinese shop that sells a lot of "cheap" toys, we didn't think anything of this. When we got to the till, giddy with the prospect of our find, we were met with the cashier telling us that this item scans at over R600... Doublechecking the barcode, we found that it all matched and we confirmed, more than once, that the barcode we saw on either the shelf and the product matched perfectly. When confronted with their mistake, the manager on duty refuses to come out of the back office to see us. The cashier just keeps on telling us that "the manager doesn't speak english very well" and "IF you want the telescope you have to pay the R600 price or you can leave it"... The cashier also refuses to give us the managers name. In conclution, IF you buy anything from this shop and see the price on the shelf, don't automatically assume that it's the price you are going to pay.
