Fantastic service: Ctrack
I recently upgraded my Ctrack system and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and advice by Claudio Suliman of the sales department. He went the extra mile to accommodate a grumpy old man like me! He was always calm and very polite and did everything he could to answer my questions. The system works much better than I had expected This is the way to render service, great stuff Ctrack!!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL SERVICE
BEKEZELA ROOFERS It has been my unfortunate experience that there are a number of fly-by-night companies in the building trade and I have become wary of hiring a company to do alterations to my house. It was therefore very refreshing to find Bekezela Roofing to install Harvey tiles on the ancient corrugated roof of my house. Not only was their quote R20000-00 cheaper than their competitor but the expertise and experience of the director, Mr. Gerard Hawley, is amazing. He was on site every day, not only to supervise but also to do some of the work himself! The site was left spotless every day after they had completed the day’s work. The workers took only a lunch break and did not waste time getting back to work. The final product is stunning. An old house was transformed into a modern house in three days! It is extremely rare to find such quality workmanship in South Africa. Well done Gerald and team, you are superb.

No service from Nedbank
Even the one star is overrating Nedbank's Deceased Department. We have had absolutely no luck getting any service from them. My mother passed away in January 2021 and we only received Clientfeedback Auto replies on emails sent to them, but never, no never any proper reply, let alone the money so that the estate can be finalised.

BFO SOLAR: THE BEST IN SOLAR SYSTEMS BY FAR!
When we were without power (powerless??) for 15 hours in November 2021 we decided to install a solar system with battery backup. After obtaining a number of quotes which varied from the sublime to the ridiculous, we decided on BFO Solar. This is the best decision that we have ever made! Their quote was very detailed and excellent value for money. The installation was done very professionally (they even cleaned up after they had completed the job). It rained a great deal in December which means that the solar panels could not always be charged fully. However, thanks to a superb backup battery, we never had problems with electricity. It is absolutely wonderful not to have to worry about load-shedding and constant price increases. Farewell Eskom, RIP PS: Although they are based in Potchefstroom, they travelled all the way to Benoni for the installation and returned the following day to ensure that everything was working 100% and that we were happy. Thanks very much, Chris, Anton, and the team!
