********* Billing Practices and Poor Customer Service Review: I regret to share my extremely disappointing experience with Balwin Properties Greenpark. This review aims to shed light on the ********* billing practices and the lack of customer service that my family and I have endured. Initially, Balwin Properties billed us twice for a single month. When we confronted them with proof of our payment, they disregarded our evidence and pressured us into paying again. Despite submitting all necessary proof of payment, they remained unyielding and continued to insist on the double payment. The situation worsened when Balwin Properties used their electricity service provider, STSS, to cut off our electricity. This meant that we were unable to load any electricity and went without power for days. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, Balwin Properties ignored our pleas for help. According to the Rental Tribunal, their actions were *******, but this did not deter them from continuing to mistreat us. The client liaison department at Balwin Properties displayed arrogance and indifference throughout the ordeal. Even though the initial error was on their side, they refused to listen to our explanations or consider our payment arrangements. We were told to pay immediately, despite having made an EFT payment as instructed by one of their colleagues when we switched our debit order date from the 1st to the 15th of the month. Our frustration grew as we realized that we were being treated unfairly. Despite making the necessary payments, Balwin Properties instructed STSS to block our ability to purchase electricity, which is *******. When we attempted to contact their legal advisor, we were consistently told that they were unavailable. This entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Balwin Properties treats their clients with utter disrespect and disregard. Even after making payments, we were still treated as if we were non-existent. STSS, acting under Balwin's direction, ensured that we could not load any units on their devices. In conclusion, I strongly advise against engaging with Balwin Properties. Their ********* billing practices and poor customer service are appalling. We have been left frustrated and furious by their treatment, and I hope this review helps others avoid similar distress. Stay away from Balwin Properties if you value fairness and decent customer service.
I ordered a dress from them and i can say i was abit skeptical at first but love my dress thank you blacqueen for great service
Great service and the items I ordered came on time,will definitely use their service again but they must improve on their order tracking system
